The Scarlet Knights enter Mackey Arena tonight for the only regularly scheduled meeting between Purdue and Rutgers this year. Although Purdue is heavily favored in this contest, the Boilers can't afford to lose focus or take any teams lightly. Rutgers has also shown an improved level of competitiveness and can battle on the boards. They were a poor minute of execution at the FT line from taking down Wisconsin earlier this season.

Coming off the recent road stretch, this is probably a good time to catch Rutgers, but I'll be interested to see how the Boilers execute. The offense was a little volatile in that department against both Maryland and Indiana. Looking for a good effort tonight.

Boiler up, my friends.

Happened earlier, drives me crazy when we wait....and wait....and wait to force the ball down low than it turns into a turnover or a bad shot because everyone in the building knows where the ball is going? there are plenty of looks inside within the normal course of movement....case in point, Haas' easy dunk a moment ago....
