With Morton (not willing to shoot) and Loyer (did not take a shot in 2nd half) it was 3 vs 5 when we had the ball. Colvin needs to play a bigger role. Hate to say, but we may not win the BIG regular season championship.

Have a month to get Colvin to figure out how to only be as bad of a defender as Loyer and let him take those minutes. Shouldn't take too much coaching to pull that off.
Don’t forget about Furst too. He can’t make anything consistently outside of 3 feet.
We better figure things out. Loyer isn't playing good at all compared to what he is capable of. Even with that though, the refs screwed us. Edey gets hacked with less than a minute to go and it isn't called. Ohio State falls out of bounds, and they give them the ball on a BS timeout and right after the no call for Edey they call a foul on Morton where he didn't foul Battle at all. The refs have really been screwing us lately the last two games.
Refs were almost as bad as Purdue's play today......almost.
The out of bounds TO was a bad call. Edey didn't get fouled, he brought the ball low and got it knocked out of his hands. The announcers even said you could hear hand on ball. Morton for sure hit Battle on the elbow on the way up. Refs were not the reason we lost today.
Zach didn't get hacked at all and Morton did make contact. The team was completely lethargic today. How many missed bunnies did they have? How many lazy passes into the post did they make? Terrible effort by Purdue. They mailed it in today.
