The fight in the last few minutes of reg and in OT were impressive!
It probably was going to miss, but by rule - that should have been two for NC State.
CMP needs to put that on an endless video loop and basically say - play like that (effort-wise) or don't play at all.
kudos to the fight this team showed. Really poor basketball for long portions of this game, but found something to claw out and win.
Hell of a fight back by Purdue. Plenty to work on and blows my mind it took them 32 minutes to bring a certain level of intensity, but gotta feel good about getting that win. Let’s go!

Trevion Williams 22/12/9/4 blocks....hell of a game from the Big Cat. His three point play down the stretch to tie it was huge as well.

Love Morton, but Painter just said he can defend “different guys”. He can’t. If Painter keeps asking him to guard the opponents best wing, he is going to need to give him some more help.
That was one helluva run to win it. What almost 30 points from when we were down to when it ended? That might be enough to keep us in the top 10.

One question for the officials. Purdue rightfully couldn't sub in Gillis after Trevion Williams in-bound overthrow. Why would NC State get to sub after their inbound turnover? - no time went off the clock there either.
