Every time I think Purdue is done collapsing in big games I'm proven wrong time and time again.
I hope we come up with something new in practice to use against the press. The rainbow lob pass cross court doesn't seem very effective.
I turned it off at the 6 minute mark before I had a coronary. Inexcusable the way we played this second half. I'll lay partial blame on the coach here...it's like a bunch of deer in headlights out there once the press started. Come on coach, do some damn coaching.
THAT is why Matt Painter will never be a Final 4 coach. Blow a 17 point lead. At home. To a good team? Sure, but I mean wow. We know how to blow program momentum. Rick Mount back for first time in 30 years. 1 loss team. Big Ten home opener. SMH.
Iowa wanted it more, period. Their seniors would not be denied a win at Mackey. Effort matters.
Usually a big defender of the two but PJ played like shyte and CMP coached like shyte.
Look out for Iowa. They keep playing like this and they will be the Big10 champ final four team.

you are dead right. Don't care who he recruits the offense is predictable and well coached opponents are soon jumping every pass. Never switch anything up, never adjust. He was out coached in this one. Gene Keady 2.0. Sweet 16 is high end.
Fans have the right to be disgruntled and express it when there is an epic collapse like this. Nothing to be embarrassed about fans letting off some steam.
I'm ready for Cuonzo Martin and don't say he's not doing anything at California right now he would be able to recruit better here top-notch players in the state will not be leaving they would be going to purdue. Purdue will go to a final four when this is done.
I will give TMHR some credit. They are a pretty darn good team and just took this game over.

Exactly. I see a lot of posts ripping into PJ and he's not had the best game perhaps but some help was needed (CMP, other players, etc).
Well, just like the game vs Butler, hopefully they'll learn. Better now than in Mar / April.
