Not that I expected 5 points in 13 seconds, but, really...just chuck the ball up and essentially give up? THAT was what they came up with in the huddle?
Lol I’m actually both. Graduated in 2010 with a degree in Computer Engineering.
Sorry that I’m not as high on this team as you are. They are the most frustrating team to watch in recent memory.
Well, that is it. Great effort. Just not enough at the end. On to the next game.
Sad that in a close game, our best 3 point shooter (Sasha) isn't
it's a road game....he never shows up....at this point he shouldn't even be on the travel team

I commented when he checked in that it was almost as if he was forgotten about.
That said, Proctor outplayed him (and just about everyone else) and needed to be on the floor...and, road-Sasha is not even a shell of home-Sasha.
Yep, for those who believe Sasha should be in the starting line up next year, you may want to look at the box score tonight.
I’m not up on this team at all. I don’t enjoy watching them. But I’ve read your comments for months and you’re just a troll. Nice job being a sneaky concern troll but c’mon that’s all you are.

Broken record Boilers....dug too big of a hole....fought like mad to get nearly out to escape, and fall back down the pit. Just not enough to play a complete game on the road. JP made a resurgence.....Big Tre flashing his potential.....but Purdue now has hardly any room for error left.
If they don’t we are in big ****ing trouble because we can’t shoot a goddamn basketball to save our lives. Painter should feel pretty humbled right now.
Im doing some real thought on if I should waste my time watching another road game this year.
Sasha needs to prepare himself for extended bench time next year.
Good fight in the 2nd half but it still sucks to loose to a bunch of mouthy punks that were favored by the refs all night! They might as well go review another play and wonder why the hell Rutgers is even in the B10!

Probably shouldn't and I knew I shouldn't have tonight. Damn, our guards are not good and Wheeler is horrible. It's no wonder we are in this situation because we have one player that can score on their own. If not for Williams we would've been blown out. These guys don't deserve minutes on any B1G team.
Not a well coached or officiated game. Players mentally soft. Barring some type of MAJOR turnaround, there will be no NCAA bid. Gene Keady would have had at least 1 technical and more likely escorted to the locker room during this game. Good to see Proctor play well.

I don't either, but, it does not excuse the ineptitude on display most nights, and, especially tonight.
34-10 FT disparity does not "just happen"...at least not in Mackey Arena.
The lack of a clear flagrant foul call, never mind no review of it even...followed by a review of clear non-flagrant foul...only to then have yet another one that was not one but called one against Purdue...those things all happened...and, all played a part in the outcome of the game.

The refs didn’t loose it for us but they sure didn’t help us either! That was a overall bad game by that group
Instead of being focused on the bad officiating, we may want to reflect on what has truly caused this team to be 0-5 on the road.
I wouldn't call it lucky....gotta give PU some credit with a game officiated like that on the road against top 25 team.

18 turnovers really damaged the Boilers chances tonight as well....many of those unforced. Rutgers is improved and a tough, physical team. Purdue didn't get many breaks tonight, but they didn't play well enough or tough enough to win. JMHO
Believe what you want. This team just frustrates the hell out of me, and I don’t see it getting much better next year (Ivey is our only chance).
