OSU might have something to do with it. They have some decent talent but just didn't perform up to expectations under Holtmann.
Ethan Morton is so bad. Just kills them on offense.

Purdue down 7 and has missed two lay-ups with a turnover mixed in the last two minutes.....IF they can't come back, that's a key stretch right there.

Morton’s lack of offense isn’t worth what he brings in defense

Athletic Excellence. The 6-foot-6, 210-pound senior guard had led the Golden Tornado to a 20-5 record and the second round of the Class 6A state tournament at the time of his selection. Morton averaged 23.4 points, 13.0 rebounds, 8.3 assists and 2.2 steals through 25 games.
How did this happen? Or did Painter kill any confidence he had on offense to make a shot.

Dumb shot by Jones, 3 missed bunnies, give up 2 at the other end. Opportunity lost
That was on Purdue. Bad outlet pass.
Other than 1-2 good plays, Morton has not been the stopper he was @ Mackey.

3/17 from the 2/3 spot just killing Purdue......one of those days, unfortunately. Jones/Loyer hopefully find a way to impact, but somebody needs to make a shot down the stretch besides ZE and BS.

Morton isn't the problem, our two shooting guards being single digit percentage on high volume is
go pound sand. Blaming these performances on Morton is just nonsensical at this point

Don't understand that wing help defense......not in position to cover either....and Ohio State gets a wide open triple.....
