O$U taking good advantage of the shuffle step and the step before starting the dribble. I think they have figured out you are much quicker to the basket if you don't dribble. I hope Haas breaks the nose of the next SOB that hangs on his back while Matta whines like a pussy.
Until we can shoot the basketball we will only be a decent team. We cannot be one dimensional. Yes the ball needs to be touched in the paint on every possession, but could somebody please make a three? Painter is too passive on the sideline....need s to go to bat for his players.
In conference games, Purdue is 5th in the Big Ten in 3 pt shooting at 37.5%.
Tonight, it's not good. But to say consistently...eh.
Also, some of it may have to be with who has shot 3s. Our "shooters" has only shot 2. Vince is 0-4.
How on earth do you know what Painter is doing? You can't see him on screen for over half the game. It cracks me up when people watching on TV think they know what is going on at all times.
Osu literally handed 4 points on the non travel call and offensive interference call. Purdue needs very few adjustments outside of getting mathias/cline/stephens some clean looks. OSU has thrown in some bad shots. We will be fine.
JH with probably the best tackle of the year for a Purdue squad.
