Oh wow. What a save. You've not given a realistic counterpoint to any of the military or simply logical reasons why an isolated airbase in Afghanistan would make sense. Sure it can be done.........if you accept the situation will become unpopular and untenable when American military personnel start to die. But I'm sure the inevitable withdrawal would go smoothly with no weapons left behind.I didn't say it was a great idea. I said it could be done.
Once you are done celebrating Hunter's pardon, check the posts if you think otherwise.
What’s up with these responses.. you alright man? Normally you’re a reasonable poster, but something seems offNo it’s NOT. he does it for the experience against teams you will play.......... in the tournament.
Nothing the MAGA republicans in Congress have done in the last 8 years has been without the direct or tacit approval of trump. These people are no longer acting independently.Do you think Trump singled him out - or was it possibly somebody else ?
Not a chance PU goes with FitzAnd like ChiBoiler, I think the abuse scandal is a bridge too far. How many parents are going to send their 18-year old to play football with a guy with that kind of history?

Would need to build a staff, way behind on recruits, and cant bring in guys he knows can play in the b10 off his roster. Forget pat, chip kelley, mullen, etc. Need a current hc with staff and players to transfer.
Lol. Sure he is. Which whackjob podcaster convinced you of that? The outgoing presidents usually does some big time pardoning before leaving office.
Biden plans on pardoning the 12 million illegals and give them amnesty and a quick path to citizenship.
Part of what people have to remember is that OSU was 2, not 5. 5 was just where they ended up in the projected bracket last week (all weeks). It is a big question as to how far they fall.Would love if it happens. Just don’t think it will. Guess we will find out soon enough.
As for Walters, he may have taken a substantial cut just to get out of West Lafayette. I don't love IU and agree that if Purdue doesn't go big this time, with a proven, winning coach, they might as well join the MAC if the MAC will have them. You forgot to add that "lowlife" school you love so much pays their HC $8M/yr ... you can bet the agent to the new prospective coach at Purdue will have all the specs of that IU contract written down as negotiations. After all, you have a much better history in football ... money talks and bullshit walks as they say. Don't forget the $9M you still owe Walters.
SKU...and why is that? WHY CAN'T Purdue be as good as those schools? The problem is they are all better jobs than coaching at Purdue.
certainly the ole miss player was not ready for a short shot that went somewhat down. Cam was in the best position where he could head for the basket and tip with either hand depending on the bounce off the rim. Still, no matter what...Myles ended up making the play and the good guys survivedIf Braden doesn’t nick the rim, ole miss gets that board but it throws the ole miss player off just enough and Myles is able to do his thing…just like Braden planned 😂
Age is my least concern. Plenty of guys coach to 70 or close, and Purdue's had one coach last more than 6 years in half a century.Just, no. Please can we stop beating this dead horse? If Spack was anything special don't you think he'd have been offered something more than head coach at an FCS school? There's a reason no other schools are considering those two as serious candidates. They're also both in there 60s, meaning likely looking to retire within about 5 years, and we're looking for a new coach again. That's really no different than what we got with Brohm, but with less likelihood of success.
Pony dog soldier face roomba bro in da house! He dindonuffin! He was a church boy. It's all the evil corporations! He was singled out because charging someone with lying on the gun registration form without other gun charges is infinitesimally rare. Less so with the tax charges but it usually doesn't happen under the circumstances.
I don't what your third charge is referring to. He took advantage of his name to make a lot of money which is disgusting but not illegal. You can consult congressman Comer about why Hunter or Joe wasn't charged with anything.
Did illegal drugs? You think people are typically charged based on video of them doing drugs?

Purdue has had one lone 10-win season in its football history, and its all-time winning percentage is now down to .513. Yet we need to aim higher? For fresh outsiders? With no Purdue connections? Well, that’s what led us to 1-11 twice in 12 years.
Those who ignore history repeat it. Nix alumni Sumlin and Spack vs. outsiders Hazell and Walters? Or Brohm and his ever-illustrious 36-34 ledger, leading to the team’s abandonment, mass desertions and a nationally televised 63-7 New Year’s Day bowl loss, setting the program back years? Try that again? Not on my dime. The buck stops here if we go down that foreign road again. We need someone who knows Purdue and the work and won’t bail out as soon as he smells opportunities. A football alum.
If Braden doesn’t nick the rim, ole miss gets that board but it throws the ole miss player off just enough and Myles is able to do his thing…just like Braden planned 😂Thank you I wouldn't have typed below your post had I not been typing and read what you posted instead. Yes, Trey slipped and is open or pulls potential double on Braden away. Fletch is behind as you state. Actually, Cam is in the better rebounding position, but the shot nicks the rim and bounces Myles way and the rest is history!
Still beating this dead horse. No to both Spack and Sumlin. Spack has been pretty meh, right around .500 in FCS other than a few outlier seasons here and there. Sumlin was terrible at Arizona and hasn't been a head coach candidate anywhere since. We need to aim higher.
