How do you even fix this offense?

When you can't run or protect the qb, a good high school coach will adapt. Screens, draws, jet sweeps, reverses, roll out to move the pocket and on and on. I cannot recollect any of that. Read option 1st down, read option second down, sack 3rd down, punt. If the ship is sinking crw should call the offense, can't be any worse than what we are seeing. At least if he gets canned he can be in total control of the titanic.

If IU pulls off this class of Sisley/ Mullins/Haralson/Reibe.....

Think you missed the point of the post. If the house settlement agreement goes through somehow, all these outside donations to buy players will go away. Each school will just be limited to that 22 million to disperse among the school's athletes. Schools or collectives won't be able to just buy players anymore. So the point in your post will be moot.
That is only for tv revenue shares. NIL isn’t going anywhere.

Here are the positives

one positive for the year so far is the fumbling issues that Mock had last year seem to be fixed
I wish he was fumbling some, but we were 4-1 now. Just saying.
My wife couldn't believe I was so subdued during the game.

And by the way, do defensive backs, who have been defensive backs in HS and College for years, know you have to turn around or you'll get a penalty nearly every time when you run into the receivers? Even my wife, said that.

Options for new coach

Do you think AD is waiting for donors to offer money or is Purdue is going to get the buy out. Cause this is on Bobinski I don't recall one person asking for Walters on any message board.
still liked to see if Dickert from Wazzou would be interested, team is 4 -1 , coaching at a tough place to recruit to, he's a Wisconsin native maybe would like to get back to the Midwest

Democrat vs Republican kids

Well either way, both scenarios speak of the jacked up nature of Chump and that he should be no where near the White House.
While you say Trump shouldn’t be anywhere near the WH…the same can be said for Democrat economic policies.

According to the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, interest on the debt has almost doubled to $659 billion in 2023 from $345 billion in 2020.
Check out this article from USA TODAY:

Great job, Biden! Social Security is going broke and debt payments are breaking the bank

A legit question about major cities and voters...

That is funny because I am guessing that you are really upset about the downvote ballot predictions.
Most every prediction is see says Republicans should control the senate and are leading in the house based on current projections.

Most have Ohio and Montana as needed to be D for the Dems to have a split senate. Tester pulling another miracle is unlikely, but we shall see.

Why can Browne not get a snap?

This season is over as much as Walters wants to believe otherwise. This season is also sending the program backwards.

Even if Walters wants to go down with Card, we have been outmatched over the last 3 games, Browne cannot get mop up duty for a few minutes to get experience?

With our OL, Card could get hurt. Are we going to keep Card out there with a limp or crutches?
might have to do w/ your last sentence regarding the OL, maybe they don't want Browne to get hurt

OT - Sounds like Brohm pulled a Brohm today…

There was a little rain so he was totally out of sorts. We’ve seen that story plenty of times. They’d have won that game with clear skies.

I didn’t watch it all, but that 25 year old qb seems to be able to play a bit. Their second TD was just an absolutely ridiculous throw. They had a snap over the punters head and an INT on a perfectly thrown ball that the WR basically handed to ND. They really probably should have won
The last play of the game was a perfect deep throw down the middle in the red zone that was an obvious pass interference call, and they swallowed the whistle. It was almost like they intentionally did it to give them 15 yards instead of 35. He did throw into double coverage but it was still a great throw.

Who signs with Purdue this fall?

Going back to my original post on the topic, I said that he likely would play the 4 for Purdue. That said, if you look on his recruiting profile on 247 it says center. I have seen him listed at 6’11” and 240. There are a lot of teams out there who would play him as a stretch 5. If you play him at the 4, he’s going to have to guard players who look a lot more like Cam Heide in space. I am not saying that he can’t do it, but I have always viewed him, since the first video I watched as a 4/5, rather than a pure 4.
lots of discussion here about Burgess, he's still going to redshirt right?
