who cares about redshirts anymore? If a player is any good they will transfer. If they can't crack the line up they will transfer. How do you think we got the players from Texas and UGa?Browne did play mop-up duty against indiana state.
I’d say we just play card until Penn state and play Davila last 3 games and preserve his redshirt. Wouldn’t want his first game to be at Ohio state.
Great point!I actually believe Walters can salvage his position, but he needs to show he can pivot on time. His OC was a bad hire from the beginning. Own it. Change it. Move forward in a new direction. Maybe it works…maybe it doesn’t. That’s decisions sometimes, but staying this course is not leadership.
Hope it is SinzHarrell fired. Not sure who will take OC position on the interim basis.
Any idea why Lizzie Carr was in street clothes last two games? I also did not see Raven Gray at all-that means we have 0 backup hitters!IMO this was a huge road win for the team after the recent challenging stretch of games. Even though the Gophers were 8-3 going into the game, they've played a very tough schedule and were ranked 16th in the country with wins over both Texas (No. 1 at the time, now 8) and Wisconsin (No. 7) this season.
I mean.. yeah it’s not hard to do. But it would destroy collectives. Collectives generally don’t have a product to market that they can arguably say they are paying for advertising. Also, no reasonable person would say a basketball player in Bloomington, Indiana repping a shoe deal is worth over a million dollars. It should limit NIL to actual name, image, and likeness instead of playing time on a basketball court. That’s not hard to do. The settlement isn’t looking like it’s going to get passed in this form anyway. No way the courts will allow the cap. Collective bargaining is the only way.
You don’t know me. Do you wanna play a “who has a stronger law enforcement and military background” contest with me? You’d lose.Another light on crime, bleeding heart liberal I see.
Thanks New Pal Who is taking over the Offense??
Today. In ErieI tried to Google the quote. When and where did he say this? Can you post the link, please?
Login to view embedded mediaYes. Patterson can go with Harrell
Better players doesn't fix this problem........Good call. But I’m not sure this is true.
Walters got some work done last week and made some progress on defense. With that said, Harrell made no progress on the offensive side of the ball...I would prefer Walter’s start winning and we move on with life. And a great way to start to try to do that is fire Harrell.
I tried to Google the quote. When and where did he say this? Can you post the link, please? If you’re not sure if Trump wants to be a lunatic strongman dictator? He does.
Listen to his exact words from today, talking about how police should address retail theft:
“They have to be taught. Now, if you had one really violent day… It’s so bad. One rough hour, and I mean real rough. The word will get out and it will end immediately. End immediately. You know? It will end immediately.”
And the fact that they don't have a seasoned coach to back Harrell up points negatively to the head coach.....I’m all the way out on both Harrell and Card. I don’t even know who the problem is to be honest, so I’m going with both. They both are terrible. This offense is just a complete joke.
It would be justified to fire him right now but I don’t think they can. They don’t have anyone to take over. I know I know it couldn’t be worse. But realistically they just don’t have a guy to call a game if they fire him.
I can’t even believe how bad this offense is. 2-10 is the best case scenario if they continue to play this way.
Good call. But I’m not sure this is true. The fact that we have seen this level of poor coaching is helpful and should remind us to act sooner instead of later......
