10 offensive boards and 8 turnovers are my only real criticisms.....tough physical game, and Purdue is weathering it ok so far. 33-20 @ half. Could be up bigger.....get out of dodge unscathed, hopefully.

I can’t really complain about the score other than we’re blowing their doors off if the game is called even 60/40 to the home team.
Destroying them is the only way I’ll feel these demons are exorcised.
I’m disappointed seeing 4 Purdue guys under the basketball on the defensive glass but the one Rutgers guy coming Down with it. And a couple lazy passes. But we would be destroying them with our play if the refs weren’t keeping cliff out of foul trouble

To be fair, Rutgers is missing so badly that being in good rebounding position is a detriment.
Turnovers have been bad. At least most not live ball.
That has helped, so not much extra in transition - the 10 second chance points the real killer, along with some missed opportunities from close range.

As long as the refs let the inside be so physical Purdue can’t bury them and then if they get hot and make a few the demons are in the rafters. Need a good Five minutes

Hard to get an assist when the recipient is getting fouled.
When you clank as many 3 point shots as Rutgers there are a lot of long rebounds.
Most uncomfortable 13 point lead ever.
Ugly basketball. Allow mugging of inside. Allow rebounding fouls. Slow methodical basketball with plethora of scoring droughts from both teams. Dismal roughly 30 pt half's. Just hard to watch and enjoy.

True, but give them credit for really good D that has been made even better as the refs just watch the fouls inside
Point taken, but it’s difficult to rebound with a push in the back and an arm on your shoulder.
Jones is making a big difference today. Shot isn't falling, but he's doing everything else. Rebounds, assists, steals....
Because you know the fouling is allowed and Purdue is more finesse. Refs have not been kind to Zach and are typically covering Purdue’s 3 ball while doing a good job on the boards.
This is a classic throw a brick through the TV big ten game.......what fun! Haha.
