Arkansas and St. Johns going at it in an entertaining half. Razorbacks hanging tough and ended the half on a little run to go up 35-32. Calipari and Pitino going paisan-a-paisan as well. WEST Region game from Providence.

First top-8 seed goes down. #2-seed in the WEST, St. John's falls to #10-seed Arkansas, 75-66. Hard fought game.

Razorbacks and Calipari heading to San Francisco to get the winner of Drake (11)/Texas Tech (3).

great job Arkansas, get rid of that team and their coach, man they got some tenacious players, that one series in the 1st half the Johnnies had 3 short shots and 2 or 3 were blocked and Ark got the ball, like that Brazile guy

Poorly played game from a lot of aspects, and a weird game at that with the way the refs tried to put themselves right in the middle of it.

I really liked St. John's all year. Kinda disappointed that they're out but I won't lose any sleep from it.

They were tough all year, but that's the difficulty or beauty to others of single elimination tournament. Arkansas could also handle the intensity/physicality better than most. They also manhandled Kentucky this year in Rupp. If they play Texas Tech, that will be a Battle Royale with extra hard hats.

Have to agree I won't lose any sleep over Pitino getting knocked out - Arkansas seemed to be the looser team from what I saw.

Payne playin good for the Aggies

Michigan is in its typical close shave game - thought I heard they had the most wins by 3pts or less going back to Bradley in the '80s. They know how to pull out close games. This is another good battle.

EDIT - well now, immediately Michigan goes on a 15-2 impressive run and they are poised to take down Texas A & M.....up nine now and had trailed earlier by double digits.

I had a really nice same game parlay going that missed by 1 Wade Taylor point. He needed that one with around 6 minutes left in the game and had 2 late 3s go down and out.

Did anyone happen to notice the latest Charles Barkley embarrassment? They played 'Name that dog" at halftime of the Wisconsin game. The Wofford Terrier was put on the screen, and Barkley blurted out "Purdue." I am not joking, and I don't think he was either. EJ said, "Yeah that looks like a Boilermaker."

Tennessee about to dispatch UCLA - they will await the winner of Illinois (6)/Kentucky (3) tomorrow. That game should be a corker.

#1, #2, and #4 already advancing - shaping up to be some good games in Indianapolis. Auburn/Michigan in Atlanta intriguing as well.

I saw one of those - it looked like it was more than halfway through the net - don't know how it came back out. My condolences on the bad beat.

Hahah yes

I missed that the badgers lost and whent ahead and ruin the B1Gs record!
They really weren't in it until a furious rally at the end. They were also helped when one of BYU's players elbowed Klesmit in the nuts trying to get out of a trap. F2.
