This. I’m impressed Ben Johnson has had like two major employers and has been reluctant to moving in the past. I’m pleasantly surprised he ended up here but it sounds like he really likes Caleb.

They friggin hired him without an in-person interview. I hope he works out, but they're acting like he's a football God.

In person interviews are meaningless. That’s how we ended up with CRW. It’s his body of work and relationships with others. I’ve talked to several die hard Bears fans and the feedback I’m getting is the bears finally did the right thing.

So no Blough but they get a multiple year NFL OC as passing game coordinator. And now another multiple year NFL OC Eric Bienimy as RB coach. Bienimy was supposed to be a HC by now but he’s gonna make Swift earn his money and be the asshole every team needs.
