Anyone know the process for scoring the officials? Two horrible calls went against Purdue that had major impacts on the game. How are they held accountable?

B1G Office Comments: Crew is in mid-season form. Onfield and replay officials grade out such that they hold inside track to officiate conference championship game in Indianapolis

I simply do not understand how the replay official dosen't over turn the knee-on-the-ground fumble. Even the rules guy thought it would be over turned.

Head ref had a bet in Vegas he needed to cover.

Almost had to be the reason...how do you screw replay up like that?

I think some officials have a stigma against overturning a call.
