Minnesota v. Purdue Game Thread

Haas TO's are a problem this game............although his arm was grabbed on that one

As well as Minnesota shot and outplayed the Boilers....pretty fortunate to be just down three. Really need to clamp down on d and make better decisions on o. Game is right there.....life in the Big Ten. Cmon Boilers, let's see a really good effort this half.

They are fouling Everytime inside so once we wear them down it will be a game.

So you'd be ok with Haas having 4 turnovers in 8 minutes so long as he wasn't on the floor with Swanigan? Noted.

Have you given thought to the fact that putting him in a lineup with Swanigan creates an extremely crowded paint, allowing for defenses to be more compact and double him more easily, thus creating the turnovers? hmmmm

But agreed, Swanigan should just play as much as possible and Haas should only come in for him if he absolutely has to this game.

Minny shooting well and playing to our soft spots. Hope CMP has a counter-punch ready. Still, way to fight back and keep it close.

Double teams in the post should be a GREAT thing for us if we handle them correctly. The defense is leaving people open and we are one of the best 3 point shooting teams in the conference. Our post players just need to be able to pass out of it.

Mason. 13 pts and 7 assists at halftime. Need to slow him down in 2nd half to win this game.
