Israel game at 3am Eastern time (midnight on the left coast)

Great composure in overtime after Israel sent it into OT with the unexpected rebound and 2 pointer to tie it with 0.9 to go in regulation! We really wanted this one! Well earned! Thought we played really well! Proud of these guys! Can't wait for the regular season to begin!
I was thinking...does Matt put JT with Haas for the board, but what if a long rebound...even though JT can guard somewhat in space...is he the best in this situation. Matt didn't overcoach and used his typical grouped players. course, teh ball was tipped over vince and probably wouldn't over JT...but then again the refs could have called it , but let them play on. I think JT grabs the board and it doesn't get to OT, but I fully understand why Matt played it the way he did

Yep. Well constructed team no doubt.
Matt has a lot of pieces, just not that single dynamic player that can do everything. WE do realize that this team is what was left over by Matt not getting his first options don't we? ;) I mean I love Vince, but Keita Bates-Diop maybe was the first choice...even though Vince has had a much better college career. Thank Matta for overlooking Ohio and missing out on Dakota and Vince...two that have been GREAT for Purdue

I think it means that when teams are built from top 60 through top 150 players, evaluation of character, fit to system and culture, and ability to develop players become the determining factors in how good those teams become.

yes, that is true. Yesterday I ended up talking to an IU fan whose family has a business and the topic came around to basketball and he talked about how Archie was going to change IU and start taking the Indiana players and how this would hurt Purdue and all its Indiana players and I'm thinking PJ, Ryan, Shasha and Grady? Now here is a question...compare and contrast the locations of the players on the teams before and after the budget increase for Purdue Basketball. Seems like that budget extended out a bit farther than before...

fatigue makes cowards of us
CMP says: "I don't know, but for some reason, I really like this Israeli coach..."
fatigue makes cowards of us all and and since you can't use electrical shock collars...all that is left is to yell move!
