How Many Days Has It Been Since iu Defeated Purdue in BB?

Seven days have passed since my last post. That means the number of days since the Purdue Men's Basketball Team has lost to IU is continuing to grow and now is at 1711 days. Still working on that BBQ Sauce. Thanks CC.

Save room for dessert, Inspector!

You are spot on, Mr. Carp. Desert is always saved for the end of the day. I have been known to down a multiple scoop waffle cone. I like to mix the flavors in each scoop. Makes for an interesting experience from top to bottom. And while we are at it, the IU team is now at 1718 days without a victory over our beloved Boilers in men's basketball. That is a multi-scoop waffle cone in its own right.

I scream, U scream, IU screams for ice cream!

What a coincidence!........ Its been approximately that long since an Indiana Mr. Basketball went to Purdue(Swanigan).....

Weird thing though............ the Hoosiers drought hasn't hurt their abiliity to bring home the state's best player(s). Is it IU? Or more a Purdue thing? Hmmmmm.....

Oh, and if it wasn't for Caleb...... man.......... we're talkin' Glenn Robinson. Some of you weren't even on the planet... let that one sink in....

uh... @McHoop ...

Uh... hello...

Pretty soon on this thread it will have to be changed from days to how many more years is it going to before they finally beat us in basketball. They better hope it is this year, because with Furst and Kaufman now, otherwise the years are going to add up quickly for Little Brother.

As of last week, it had been 245.4285714285714 weeks since IU had won a basketball game over our men's basketball team. Or you could adjust the number to 56.48219178082192 months since that awful event. Then you could even convert it to 4.706849315068493 years. That last number has even been converted to 32.94794520547945 doggy years. But as of today the number is very clear and refreshed to 1725 days since our team lost the them. Party on and Social Distance to be safe.

WOW -- that's nearly one-third of a doggy century!! 🐕

I hate to be the bearer of potentially bad news Inspector, but it seems a recount just might in order; our heroes with the only banner that matters in Bamboozle-town are claiming that as of today it is "1720 days & counting".

Who's right?? Can we figure a way to get a clear answer/resolution here without getting the U.S. Supreme Court involved?? I'm deeply concerned about this and hope we can solve this dilemma without too much consternation and drama.

Please keep me posted on this.

Hi CC. I can see that there is great concern over the truth. I am here to speak the truth. And I am not interested in any implications that our little buddies above don't speak the truth, either. So we must obtain more facts related to these numbers and I am not sure that I am in the best place to find the facts as they exist related to the topic at hand. But I am going to try to get the information clarified for total accuracy. Anybody see a postmark on the sheet? IU's last win was Feb 20, 2016. So the counting begins Feb 21, 2016. Multiply 5x31 five times, add 2 for two leap years, add the result of 5x30 factored 3 times, plus 31 factored 8 times and another 30 plus 2 to get us to Nov 2, 2020 and we arrive at 1717. Say the postmark on the sheet is today (Nov 5,2020), that adds 3 days to get us to 1720 days. And I didn't count any with hanging chad (this time). Counting will continue with a new update on Monday.

I just asked "Alexa, how long ago was Feb. 20, 2016?" and she replied "1,721 days ago."
I'm not too sure that we can trust her info though, as she's rumored to be dating hanging Chad.

I am thankful that we went through the exercise to to accurately determine the numbers of days passing since IU has won a basketball game over our Purdue men's basketball team. I had picked up the count several months ago, but didn't really have any data in hand to verify the number. It seems that I was a week ahead of the actual number and many thanks to our young friends with the sheet that keeps things proper. Also, many thanks to my buddy the Carp for bringing it to my attention. He has been very helpful with garage doors, BBQ and deserts. It has been three days since a number was reported, so now, adding the three days, it has been 1724 days

Chad is rumored to be well hanging, so it makes sense.

Hey! Hello everybody! I'm still here.

Good luck with Kaufman playing the three.... hope it works out for Painter. I want him to stick around. Hoosier boy who aspired to play in Bloomington. He knows the score.

McHoop

Nobody knows what "number" he's going to play.

Everybody simply knows he chose Purdue over IU.

LOL!

The count has continued without stopping, just like clockwork. Even the Rona can not cause it to fizzle and stop. The new number today is 1738. Carp, is it time for another sign?

I think so, Inspector; unfortunately I can't find James, Will & Jordyn at the moment... they're probably out watching MNF. I left them a message though.

In the meantime, this sign will have to do:

So we are now up to 1745 days since our beloved and mighty Purdue Men's Basketball team has lost a game to IU. Well, Thanksgiving Day was pretty good for me, even though our family did not congregate this year. I look forward to 2021 when we can do that. Wonder what the day total will be then?

Wonder how many days it takes me to get this thread locked when IU spanks Purdue the next time they play??? Seven days?

I'll be back!

Agree...Painter has had some dumb, bad luck. Building a nice roster/team.
Good luck against Texas today. I was sitting right behind their bench last year when they came in and handed us a loss. They are big and very physical with lots of athletes. Play a very tight defense ans get lots of runout. Will be a tough task.

Kicked our ass up and down the court. Men against boys.
