And here's the substance of the 'report's allegation:
So I just looked up this articleAnd here's the substance of the 'report's allegation:
Thaler's report alleged, without reliable evidence, that two women working on behalf of the Sinaloa cartel used fraudulent mortgage documents to launder money to a wide range of officials, both Republicans and Democrats. Online sleuths discovered the women Thaler accused of facilitating the fraud were his ex-wife and her mother.
Thaler has a history of filing lawsuits accusing them of carrying out wide-ranging conspiracies. A federal judge last year dismissed one of his lawsuits, calling it “a delusional and fantastical narrative.”
Hysterical again, H2.In other words:
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA!!!!!!
Surprised me. I assumed from the title this post was about the DNC.
The disbarred lawyer sent his insurance agent girlfriend to tell a state Senate hearing that the disbarred lawyer’s ex-wife and ex mother-in-law are running a cartel funded by fraudulent mortgage loans to pay off politicians and create voter fraud. So I just looked up this article
Testimony At Elections Committee Meeting Debunked, Harris Denounced
EDITOR’S NOTE: The article has been updated to reflect comments by Rep. Alex Kolodin, vice chair of the House Municipal Oversight & Elections Committee. It is a familiar occurrence in Arizona politics of late – claims of copious amounts of evidence has been compiled pointing to election fraud...arizonadailyindependent.com
They provide no proof that the story is debunked. It reads more like a hit piece. Well what the fukk do you think is going to happen if the government/cops/judges/ect are as corrupt as claimed? I'm willing to submit that the story is false, but I have to see the evidence, not a he said/she said type thing which is all this is. How do I know? Because instead of attacking any evidence that was provided, they attack the character of everyone involved. 99% of the time, that story is bullshit because they don't prove anything because most of the time they can't.
The faith you people put in the media is astounding. Vast majority of the time they assert strongly one thing or another but almost never provide proof. You guys gulp it up like it's the gospel. I don't understand that mentality. What did the media do to earn that much trust? You guys do understand that the media is just a corporate giant that runs stories for clicks and money. They don't care about the truth.
Pretty sure he didn't fall for the Russian collusion conspiracy/hoax, like I bet you did .The disbarred lawyer sent his insurance agent girlfriend to tell a state Senate hearing that the disbarred lawyer’s ex-wife and ex mother-in-law are running a cartel funded by fraudulent mortgage loans to pay off politicians and create voter fraud.
They won’t provide copies of their evidence to that committee.
And your reaction and is that their theory hasn’t been debunked yet?
Wow. you are the kind of person that quite literally will fall for any conspiracy theory imaginable.
So you go on and be you! Enjoy that.
You say disbarred as if that means anything. You do understand that if the state is that corrupt, they could disbar him to make him look bad/less credible right? The disbarred lawyer sent his insurance agent girlfriend to tell a state Senate hearing that the disbarred lawyer’s ex-wife and ex mother-in-law are running a cartel funded by fraudulent mortgage loans to pay off politicians and create voter fraud.

Yes you gullible, gullible man. That’s his lawsuit, not a criminal case.So there is a court case with this as part of the filing.
"It appears that John Thaler and Brittany Chavez, formerly Brittany Thaler, were once married and Brittany is listed as a defendant in a lawsuit by Plaintiff John Thaler. In June 2022, John Thaler alleged that Brittany Thaler “has engaged in an array of criminal enterprises across multiple states, including money laundering and tax evasion, allegedly accomplished via real estate transactions and non-profit organizations; insurance fraud, allegedly accomplished via phony personal injury claims made on behalf of non-existent persons; skimming money from state-run aid programs; narcotics trafficking; hacking into state databases and fabricating public records; bribing public officials, including judges, police officers, judicial assistants, inspectors, assessors, and accountants; bribing private professionals, such as real estate agents and brokers; bankruptcy fraud; election fraud, allegedly accomplished by creating fake ballots and manipulating others in order to influence, among other races, the 2020 election for Maricopa County Recorder; extortion via “crypto-viruses”; the creation of fake employees on payroll systems in order to collect paychecks and benefits; and murder.” Dawna Rae Chavez is also named as a defendant."
Oh, and he's a licensed attorney. In CALIFORNIA.
Where did you get the IU Law School grad picture?
From yo mam…Where did you get the IU Law School grad picture?
I have always believed basically the same thing; You did not state whether you believed in the fake Russian collusion conspiracy or not. Embarrassed to admit you did?
What 'great steps'?I have always believed basically the same thing;
Russia vastly preferred Trump and took great steps to improve his chances, and the Trump campaign was appreciative.
Hey—you never answered me."....the work of Harvard University’s Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society, which concluded the Kremlin’s real success was convincing the media to exaggerate the Kremlin’s success."
You and the other lib groupthinkers ate it up.

Missed your question, but it is a dumb one that nobody of even knee-jerk lib intelligence would believe about Gov. DeSantis.Hey—you never answered me.
Do you also think that Ron DeSantis is a Soros funded, RINO, pedophile like Trump does?
So Trump and Trump voters are not of “even knee-jerk lib intelligence?”Missed your question, but it is a dumb one that nobody of even knee-jerk lib intelligence would believe about Gov. DeSantis.
What great steps did Russia take to help Trump win, per you statement above?
You have no way to know what they believe. So Trump and Trump voters are not of “even knee-jerk lib intelligence?”
Because they believe.
HOOSIERS WIN!! I LOVE YOU GUYS!!You have no way to know what they believe.
You don't even even know what you believe, it seems. Tell us the "great steps" the Russians took to help Trump win.
You might have something here Hoosier.I have always believed basically the same thing;
Russia vastly preferred Trump and took great steps to improve his chances, and the Trump campaign was appreciative.
And here we go again:You have no way to know what they believe.
You don't even even know what you believe, it seems. Tell us the "great steps" the Russians took to help Trump win.
Think the Russians are behind it, taking great steps to help Trump beat Biden?
Well it would make a ton of sense. Especially since it has been proven to have happened in 2016.Think the Russians are behind it, taking great steps to help Trump beat Biden?
Would make no sense , except to someone who wears clown pants.
Wishful thinking on your part. Disgusted, not obsessed.Well it would make a ton of sense. Especially since it has been proven to have happened in 2016.
What wasn’t proven was that Trump actively participated in that effort.
Also.. you seem to be obsessed about my pants. #creepyHunterObsessedRivetingGuy
Thanks for providing (really)! This is a fascinating read. Thaler's girlfriend Breger writes well and has a degree from a truly legit university in South Africa. But her report falls apart right away and continues down the rabbit hole.

Tell us the great steps that Russia took to help Trump that were "proven". Are you unable to back up your statement?
This is what I’ve always figured BoilermakerIQof03 looked like, except maybe a little dorkier
For real -- for me, I give @Boilermaker03 credit. (really and truly). This is what I’ve always figured BoilermakerIQof03 looked like, except maybe a little dorkier
This constitutes "great steps" to you? What a joke - predictable, in your case, but a joke.https://www.justice.gov/archives/sco/file/1373816/download
Actual evidence is your friend. Of course, it's a sonofabitch when you are tilting at windmills.
…
"As set forth in detail in this report, the Special Counsel’s investigation established that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election principally through two operations. First, a Russian entity carried out a social media campaign that favored presidential candidate Donald J. Trump and disparaged presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. "
…
"Second, a Russian intelligence service conducted computer-intrusion operations against entities, employees, and volunteers working on the Clinton Campaign and then released stolen documents."
You know this for sure? I don't know. I did listen to a whole group of people talk about this including Thaler and he talked in great detail about some of the cases he's worked on. Seemed to at least know what he was talking about. Thanks for providing (really)! This is a fascinating read. Thaler's girlfriend Breger writes well and has a degree from a truly legit university in South Africa. But her report falls apart right away and continues down the rabbit hole.
She starts by stating about Thaler,
"His firm specializes in investigating racketeering and corruption for public and private agencies. The firm has participated in some of the largest investigations of racketeering and public corruption in the U.S and cross-border. "
This is patently not true. Public agencies don't contract out racketeering and public corruption investigations.
Not having a website advertising that doesn't mean shit. I've been told to go to specific businesses for a variety of things over the years and when looking at their site, you'd never know that what I was contacting them for they actually did. That's just my experience. Many businesses don't need to advertise because they do so well by referral and word of mouth. Moreover; Thaler's law firm doesn't have a website. His LinkedIn page says nothing about these public agency (or private) racketeering or corruption investigations. Instead it says:
• BUSINESS & GENERAL LITIGATION: developing strategies to meet client objectives; drafting and filing pleadings; researching, writing, and presenting oral argument on pre-trial motions; conducting pre-trial discovery; examining witnesses at trial; presentation of opening statements.
• CONTRACTS & PROPERTY: Preparing management and agency agreements; drafting use licenses; obtaining copyright and trademark protection; preparing non-compete and non-disclosure agreements; negotiating commercial and facilities leases.
• COPORATE GOVERNANCE: Negotiating and drafting agreements for mergers, acquisitions, buyouts, joint ventures and limited partnerships; preparing governing documents; creating and implementing KYC and ALM policies; performing risk assessment analysis.
LOL, that is not an admission of no sourced evidence. That's them saying that they had some limitations, but not saying they had infinite limitation as you suggest. Then, per my quick scan of her report, come the "tells" that she is just plain making shit up:
- "It is important to note that our office has been limited in resources and authority, such as subpoena power." So, an early admission that she has no sourced evidence. And then she proves that point.
And? What does this have to do with anything? It's not a secret or something they are trying to hide. It's all over the internet and he talks about it quite a bit.
"The documents were prepared by two individuals, mother and daughter, residing in Mesa, Both had connections to at least one of the real estate agents suspected of setting up the home purchase laundering system in Arizona. These individuals are Dawna Rae Chavez and her daughter Brittany Rae Chavez. Their principal employer was and is the Sinaloan Cartel." No mention that this is Thaler's ex-wife and ex-mother in law, or that Thaler apparently is asserting that he has been married to a major drug cartel's money launderer!
Why? Maybe politics aren't his thing. Maybe he is too busy to pay attention. There's a LOT of reasons why someone should not vote. There are millions of people IMO that shouldn't vote that does. People need to be well educated on the issues and not vote without that knowledge.
"Mr. Thaler did not vote in the 2020 or 2022 elections or donate to any candidate or party." (He should vote lol.)
Again, you know for sure they are never working with the feds because?
"In November 2019, Brittany approached Thaler and his colleague, attorney John J. Stanley with a request that they obtain for her WITSEC protection--the federal witness protection program." A private person asking for a law firm not working with the feds to get her into the Federal Witness Protection Program. Yeaaaaaahhhh. Riiiiight.
What's amateur hour is the way your "picking" at this document. Most of your conclusions here are nothing more than you think you know it's fake thus it can't be. You have presented no evidence. And no, some news article that says the same thing you are, with no evidence, isn't evidence.
"If one were to guess, Emerge Arizona seems to have been formed as a medium to attract women interested in politics and bribe them through the property scheme to adopt positions of power and/or further the goals and objectives of the Cartel." IF ONE WERE TO GUESS? that's some next-level amateur hour stuff.
She said Kari Lake's daughter but it was actually Kari Lake herself.
"Most of these deeds have been fraudulently notarized meaning that one or multiple parties named in the transaction are either not present or do not exist at all." Most? lol.. With no evidence of which
ones or how they came to the conclusion that the notaries are fake.
Actually, they did provide evidence. You didn't look deep enough. Now whether that evidence is sufficient is yet to be determined. Supposedly, they have over 6,000 pages of evidence at this time. "These conclusions are drawn based on the fact that there are no other explanations for a Deed of Trust to have a fake notarization, phony buyer and/or seller signatures and/or other writings on the documents traceable to Brittany and/or Dawna." Conclusions drawn on the basis of, wait for it, wait for it, her 'the investigator can't come up with another explanation????!!!!????' Holy shit that's unprofessional and ridiculous.
I'm sorry, but what other conclusion can you come up with when you find documents with fake notories, buyers or sellers that don't exist, forged signatures, etc? I'd love to hear what conclusions you can come up with. "Suffice to say that just as we followed the bouncing ball." "Mr. Thaler would be here himself presenting these facts and findings, but there have been multiple attempts made on his life. One of those attempts may sound familiar. Thaler was driving from Arizona to California when suddenly he lost control of his vehicle. Upon investigation, it was discovered that his tire was purposefully slashed by a straight edged knife that was 4-6 inches. The cut was made at such a location on the outer side of the tire where the tire would not lose air but instead would degrade to the point of catastrophic failure and likely at a high speed. (This information was provided by an expert who evaluated the tire post this event and who has provided us with a Declaration. This Declaration is included in your packet as page 81 - 83. The reason I mention this is because a similar attempt was made on the life of Kari Lake’s daughter during her campaign. To date, six attempts have been made on Thaler’s life."So Thaler is in hiding? The guy that is commissioning this will not leave his house to go into a State Legislature? And what is this tire death attack on Kari Lake's daughter that she cites. No Google hits for that one. And Thaler's office has it's address listed on every public locator website. So them cartels know where to find him, but that State Capitol building is where he doesn't feel safe? Hahahahaha.
Actually I didn't see anyone laughing. If you actually watched it, the lady presenting was scared. You could tell. And some of the representatives were scared too. You could tell. Doesn't mean guilt, doesn't mean anything really. But what they weren't doing was laughing. That's per an initial scan. Now you know why this was mocked and laughed out of the committee by everyone; even the ones that love Trump.
