When scoring 75 or more in regulation.....17-0. Purdue's D is improved just good enough to get wins at that level of scoring.
That D and an extended production out of a longer bench are 2 big differences between this year and last.....besides rebounding, foul shooting. And rebounding was good last year.
Credit CMP for mixing up his line up with Newman who is outstanding of late on D. Also credit him for extending his line up 9 deep with usage of Jenkins, TKR and Furst. I remember last year it seemed he shortened the bench late
The D when Morton & Newman were out there together in H2 was fun to watch today imo.
