    OT Happy Easter Boilers

Happy to read this from others. Makes me a bit embarrassed about arguing over things that don't matter whatsoever eternally. He is risen indeed!

Rumblings that Bridges coming back to MSU

Bryant is a whiny baby and Bridges does not seem like that at all. Always risk of injury, but he can take out an insurance policy and should only improve. MSU should be very good next year.

My wife. I care about Purdue, but it's not close.

    Malik Ondigo

Considering the competition, we certainly should be able to get him if we want him. I'd rather see an athletic and skilled guard but I don't think we are in on any of those guys at this point.

Unranked in ESPN's Way Too Early Top 25

Davis went from 31.3 mpg as a Junior to 29.7 as a senior. His last 5 games he saw 30, 24, 29, 34 and 41 minutes, so the idea that he saw a lot more bench than floor is just flat wrong. Smotherman was more into weed than basketball and Spike was a 5th year who virtually no one expected to...

Will Markannen and Leaf's entry into the draft push Swanigan further down?

He's definitely gone. Every year there is a "growing list of underclassmen" who jump in.

    Admit it

Yes, this is correct.. no reason not to test the waters and get some feedback.

Very excited about E. Ewing next year....

Yes, and he still is. Realistically, we don't know what to expect from Taylor. I'm not expecting much from the little we've seen and due to all of the injury issues. At this point, if he contributes it's a bonus, and if not, we should have enough options where it's not a huge deal.

Very excited about E. Ewing next year....

Good call, and it's hard to just flip that switch now that he will be playing against the big boys. Should be interesting to see what he can do. We really need him to show up since Taylor hasn't shown much and Haas has trouble staying on the floor.

    Admit it

I haven't thought much about it. I'm just assuming he is definitely gone.

    Congrats and thanks Coach Owens....

Best of luck to coach Owens. No idea who to replace him with, but they need to have the ability to be one of the best recruiting coaches out there. Nothing else is as important IMHO.

    Haas and a sky hook

Agreed. I have no doubt Haas will be given a chance due to his size, but if that chance is given next year (or very likely in 2 years) it will not be from round 1 of the NBA draft.

    NCAA tournament results

Let's clarify... we beat an 8 as a 9 beat a 4 as a 5 and beat #7 St Mary as a 10. A B1G 10 over a mid-major 7 is our greatest upset when considering seed discrepancy. So the 2 roads to NCAA glory are being a top seed (3 is the best we've been in 12 years of Painter, got smoked by 20 against 11...

Next year's team a better tourney team?

Has to be Haas unless Haarms is mature beyond his years. You would think PJT, CE, DM, VE and Haas.

Next year's team a better tourney team?

I remember that year after Big Dog left... we got beat in round 2. Followed that up with another round 2 exit the next year.
