How does this team beat Auburn?

1. Turnovers- They have got to cut these down to 10 or less. When the big 3 turn the ball over we lose. It’s that simple. Take care of the ball and play off of two feet.

2. Get to the line- This was the key for Duke in their win over Auburn. To do this we have to be more aggressive and attack the rim.

3. Three pointers- This was a strength of the team early on. They absolutely need to shoot a good percentage and probably take more than 25 attempts.

4. Embrace the physicality- I don’t think this team is soft but they have to handle the physicality of the game better to hang with a physical team like Auburn. This is where the tough games earlier in the season needs to pay off. Do they adjust?

5. Painter- Coach has to bring his A game Saturday. Auburn is the best team in the country and Paint needs to get this team ready to take on this challenge.

Anybody else or are we just accepting the fact that this game is a loss?

Purdue recruiting Purdue offers Akron transfer DE

Akron defensive end transfer CJ Nunnally IV shared on X that he has added an offer from Purdue.

Nunnally is a two-time All-MAC defensive lineman over the last two years with the Zips after joining the program via Independence Community College prior to the 2023 season. During his time in the MAC, Nunnally has racked up 121 total tackles, 27 tackles for loss and 13.0 sacks, as well as three forced fumbles. He led the Zips in sacks and tackles for loss in each of the last two seasons.

Purdue didn’t do much against the top competition this year although they pushed Nebraska to 5 games at their place. But, Agee on the tourny fade.
Just like in basketball, good regular season team , but rarely make a deep tournament run.

An article said Odom’s staff is starting to shape up. I haven’t seen any names or positions. But I’ve seen three different sites Talking about Odom and his staff but not wanting to mention any names. That makes it sound like they are currently coaching winning teams in bowl games or they are from fcs teams in the playoffs

yep. UNLV gets a 30 day window with the coaching change. I'm sure Odom and their staff will bring several players. looks like only the running back, Michael Allen opted out of playing. Grimes is in the portal, but is playing.

Pretty sad that there's a tracker for players opting out of bowl games.

We need to find a guy or 2 who wants to be part of a tourney run more than NIL money. That is what made Lance special - he wasn't about getting paid - he wanted tourney success and winning.

Things we need to see going into Auburn and conference schedule > someone else besides Braden has to attack. We have to pick up our tempo and be aggressive. Bench - we have to get production from them.....
