I'd say there are 10 winnable games on the schedule in eyes. I said the same about this year as well and we won all 10 plus Michigan. Next year I don't see us beating Penn State or Oregon and that's perfectly fine with me. Iowa is a who knows because you never know what Iowa will be year to year. I think Illinois is the 3rd best on the schedule and that'll be a really tough game. Maryland could be tough but their coach sucks. Wisconsin is a mystery as well. I think saying 7-10 wins is realistic.

Honestly, who is the IU qb next year?

When Tiller came to Purdue, we had one year of Billy Dicken who looked good, but we got lucky to have Drew Brees come in as a Sophomore, but QB is everything to a non power team trying to retain their power.

I am really asking, I dont know the IU program, do you have a replacement for Rourke?

Honestly, I am a huge Purdue fan, but to me anyone making fun of IU's year as a Purdue fan is the clueless one. They had a fantastic season, much respect to them and what they accomplished this year. Sure some luck, but no more luck than 3 years ago when we went to the Big Ten title game, and all of us were excited.

Its a rivalry sure, we have owned the Oaken Bucket game through the years, absolutely love that, but holy crap I would die to have a year like IU had this year. Stop acting like its no big deal and the fact we won games before you were born really matters to you.

It just comes off as fake and jealous. I am proud a usual Big Ten bottom dweller had such a fantastic year and made the first playoffs.

"Stubborn" has been used a lot to describe when Matt's thoughts don't match a poster as though the poster is 100% correct AND Matt knows it. I don't think it is accurate. Matt does "what Matt believes" and has nothing to do with being stubborn, just Matt doing what he believes.

Matt may be wrong and posters may be correct, but Matt would only be considered stubborn if he knew the poster was correct and refused to do the correct thing due to some issue of less importance. None of this says Matt is correct, just that I think "stubborn" is inaccurate to describe the situation. I wish Matt agreed with many of the posters that can already see today the need for recruiting in the portal next year might describe the thoughts of several posters?

And IU "only scored three points;" are you proposing that the fourth quarter doesn't count? That teams that play hard until the final whistle are somehow inferior? Because if that's the case, under your theory SMU lost 35-3 and Tennessee lost 35-10. In fact, if you eliminate the fourth quarter IU/ND was still the closest first round playoff game.

Finally, you have IU most likely going 1-8 in conference next year (7 likely losses and two 50/50 games).
This IU staff took a team with an 0-9 conference record from the year before and went 8-1 with six months to put a program together. And now, with an established culture and roster returns three 1st team all-B1G defenders and already has another top 25 portal haul.

Now there are more teams with a shot at a national championship in theory. Which ends spreading out talent. That's a good thing. You get more smaller brands like an Indiana who have a shot at a playoff spot. That's a good thing.

Purdue is not going to become bigger and more athletic. We know exactly what this team is. Since we have no inside game other than TKR and are poor rebounding team, this team needs to hit a ton of 3s to win games against longer, more athletic teams. If that doesn't happen, we'll get run off the floor again and again.

Honestly feel bad for normal people. In dod the stigs require multifactor authentication, closing sessions after 15 minutes, and 30 day inactivity account lockouts.
