Hey, you've done your part and to me a 'Trust' lays that out for your personal desires and the unnecessary court direction or the option for family members to fight against your Will.

My wife is apart of a trust fund, but she has a sibling that has broken her relationship with her parents. So they shortened her percent of that Trust, but she would fight against any Will that would be presented in front of the court and she would push it to a supervised estate instead of unsupervised.

I have a Will for now, but when me, and the wife retire. We most definitely will have a trust for our kids sake.

The last one was smart play by MSU to force the foul. Player literally jumped backwards into KJ to initiate contact.

The other four were complete garbage calls. I dislike both teams, I'm anything but a Homer. Officiating needs a complete revamp as the last week there have been more bad calls than good in ALL the games
