DUDE, P5 coaches will have their eyes on Charlie’s stats tonight. When his P5 offer comes thru in December, I’ll be here to remind you and Jindy you were very wrong and cannot judge talent solely on size and supposedly lack of speed. 4 TD’s and 284 yards against Cathedral which does have D1 talent is damn impressive.

Why does this guy only have offers from Army and Indiana State, according to Rivals? He shows interest from IU and Ball State. Do you think IU will offer?

Like I've said before, you might be right. Those P5 offers might start rolling in. I've never said his stats aren't impressive. They are. Very impressive. There's also a reason he hasn't had a single P5 offer. What most don't understand is why you keep beating that same dead horse.

Yes, he didn’t get one in the first wave of offers. Does not mean he won’t in the final rounds Dec or Feb signing periods. Patience is a virtue.
I’m confident a P5 will offer regardless of Rivals and 247 Sports. Strong as a Bull and ran like a Deer on Cathedral last night. That is a Quality opponent. Coaches will take notice and his Coach Kyle Ralph will promote him heavily as the season comes to an end.
I have heard that Cathedral defense is as good as OSU or Michigan

Dude, the recruiters have been "waiving" at this class for the past couple of YEARS. They've ALL taken a pass. I know, that doesn't mean he won't get one, but goodness, brother, you're obsessing over him. That's primarily why people give you push-back. It's a combination of being more than a bit odd, slightly comical, ridiculously redundant, and patently absurd to keep pushing on like you do.

I wish him the best, and for your sake, I hope he gets that P5 offer. (Although, no doubt, you'll be both insufferable and gleefully giddy for weeks on this forum.)
No, I’ll just link the article with a thumbs up. BTW, if I’m wrong, you and others in this forum will see me apologize. What I didn’t like was so many here saying he is not good enough or worthy of a scholarship not from just Purdue, but anywhere P5. That has been the dialogue all along. If we were all at a tailgate, I would have debated it over a few beers with all of you.
I would still like to know why he has avoided exposure in the past. Why does his coach need to promote him when he has not done a great job of promoting himself?
Kyle Ralph is a very good coach. Happy with where he is at. New Pal is his wife’s hometown and migrated back after they were married.

It would be good to see Ball State at least offer the kid.
If he gets no offer, there's no apology necessary, and I hope you don't offer one. Likewise, I hope nobody rubs your nose in it.
If he gets an offer (even if it's just IU), he has earned it and should be congratulated for it.
How well does he pass block? And can we get Kyle Ralph to come work with our offensive line if we give him a scholarship?
Great pass blocker. Only question mark is his receiving. Not asked to do it very much in the offense.
Our recruiting is much more discriminating now than when Anthrop was being recruited. That is without question. Now Anthrop MIGHT be a preferred walk-on with Brohm and his staff.
No where near as good as Anthrop. You’ve lost your mind. He’s almost 20 years old which puts them at the same Age. Anthrop had 47 catches playing in the Big 10 two years ago.
I thought I read that somewhere on another thread. Assumed it was true. Will try to find it. If I can’t I will delete my post.
