Alright, who do you got? I think 99% of us expected a win over Vermont, and thankfully, we got that monkey off our back after 5 years without an NCAA tourney win.
Tomorrow nights game would seem a lot tougher. Looking back at their games, they lost to Gonzaga, Cincy, at Baylor, and Kansas by a combined 8 points. They have some strange losses like Iowa (on the road, but by 14) TCU and Texas. They also won AT Kansas, neutral court vs. West Virginia to clinch the B12 championship and at home against Baylor. ISU is athletic, can shoot, and is playing their best basketball of the year lately (lost 1 of last 11, at WVU which they later "avenged").
I'm leaning ISU due to their relative homecourt advantage and the fact that athletic teams that can shoot give us fits, plus they've knocked off 3 top 10 type teams (Baylor, KU, WVU). But if Biggie can dominate (25 and 15 type of game), we hit open shots, and Vince plays like he did last night, Purdue can definitely pull this one out.
