1. Refs have to be on their game and not let izzo's constant whining influence them.
2. Refs can't let msu bang around then be suckered into their flops. Let players
decide the game.
3. Painter has to be more animated to offset izzo whining.
4. Keep turnovers down.
5. Control the boards.
6. Hit some outside shots to keep inside open.

Purdue 76 MSU 72......

Boiler Up!

MSU has a flaw in their defense where they have to leave open one shooter because they are doubling down on AJH or Biggie to make up for Davis lack of experience.....if we can exploit that like we did with Davis hitting 3's in last game, we have a good chance to win again. I think this time though it is a combination of Edwards, Davis, PJ, Cline and Mathias. I also think it will be key for Hill, Edwards and Davis to drive to the rim to get Forbes and Valentine in foul trouble.

Purdue's weakness on defense is two fold...AJH likes to go for the block and gets him out of position for the big to big pass......so watch for MSU to exploit that.....also we have trouble with the dribble drive.....if we can keep them in front of us and a hand in the face or Valentine and Forbes, we will win again.

Play aggressive and we win with our depth.....

Gotta love the first 3 being about the refs. Got that excuse built right in. Solid take.
