Painter is doing very well obviously. And giving his assistants more responsibility is a big piece.
The addition of Lance Jones last season completed our team. The quality, versatility, and depth
of guards is outstanding. Cox and Harris are the real deal. West and Ertel look more of the same.
Burgess and Jacobsen may end up great and Berg may be solid. But getting more Robbie Hummel,
JaJuan Johnson, TKR type players is the only improvement I can see for the Purdue program.
Ok so the quip he had about the recruit not wanting to compete against upper class men wasn’t who I thought. I originally thought it was a shot at Kanon but it was Trey Singleton.

Oh it was??! What made you figure out it was singleton? Just that he said a “recent” recruit?
Granted Burner has had some bad ”intel” around Walter’s getting fired but there are other replies pointing to the same fact.
This guy is terrific to listen to. Straight shooter.
