We upset teams better than us and are know for getting waxed on the easy games like tonight by playing horribly. Painter is paid a lot of money to get results but this team did not improve during the season TOS never got better after these guys play together all season. Foul shooting was up and down with Edey and Williams making small improvements. We played better before the B1G started with big wins over UNC and Villanova. Hell we got worst during the B1G couldn’t win the conference, Big Ten Tournament and then the melt down tonight. Painter did not have our guys fired up tonight they just thought it would be a push over w a 15 seed. This was the easiest track to the FF I’ve seen in my lifetime. It’s Painter’s job to correct deficiencies during the season but didn’t see it this year hence upset tonight. I doubt he will take us to the promise land. Somehow he could not develop the improvement in his players to make it happen.
