Haven’t heard much on him lately but believe he is playing on Indy Heat with Loyer this summer.Do we still have any chance with Paul McMillian out of Cincinnati? I know we were on him prior to Brown commiting, and had very high statements, from him and his dad, about Purdue. Looks like a solid PG recruit.

He’s gone after some recently, just needs to land one. Probably a tougher sell with our recent history of traditional bigs. “Hey remember Brad Miller who played here back when your dad was in college? No? Well here are some grainy YouTube videos. We’ll use you like that!”

True but the articles I read, thinking he was related to Melo, talked about his brother (Tokoto) and how he might not be swayed by the big lights of UNC types.

My concern is more towards weight than height. Tyger Campbell looks very sturdy on the court even if he is shorter. Didn't mean to be a knock on Smith, I watched his highlights and he is very skilled. I just worry that some kids have trouble putting on weight. An example I would give is PJ Thompson vs Isaiah. It seems to me like IT is more skilled and has more potential due to his length, but PJ was very stout so he was able to find success even though he is shorter

Makes sense. Brothers but genetics are a fickle thing. Looking at Smith - he seems to have a sturdier build. I’ll put my trust in the staff on what they see and use to make their decisions.
