Coming back for another Purdue women’s hoops transfer portal update:

Ohio State guard Rikki Harris and Akron forward Reagan Bass are both growing closer to decisions, and the Boilermakers are in a great spot to land both as things currently stand.

Those two would be in addition to Destini Lombard and Mahri Petree, who committed recently.

If these last two dominos fall, as I expect them to eventually, it will likely wrap up the portal season for Katie Gearlds and company.

Three-star OL Kevin Peay (South Carolina) has set an official visit to Purdue from June 11-13th, he tells Boiler Upload.

Marcus Johnson visited Peay at school today and set his trip to West Lafayette.

Like we reported last week, Ohio State transfer guard Rikki Harris is currently on an official visit to Purdue, per a source.

I expect this to be a successful visit for the Boilermakers.

This is the correct mental attitude to get past the plantation.

Purdue pushed hard for Dennis before he committed to Illinois in November. Clemson and Penn State were in his top three, with Purdue and Michigan State also in the running.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Boilers make another run at him now.

Purdue baseball is currently red hot by tying the program record with 10 straight Big Ten wins after a sweep of Northwestern.

They now share first place with Illinois in advance of a huge home series with Indiana.

Also, Tracy second year transfer from Iowa not a 1 year transfer.
Devin Singletary is the starter in the backfield for New York Giants.
Tyrone Tracy Jr. will be 3rd string in the running back room.

Emily Monson will enter the NCAA Transfer Portal after just one season with the Boilermakers, a source told Boiler Upload.

Zach needs no introduction. We all know his hockey, baseball, IMG and basketball background.

Most rebounds in Purdue history. Potentially top scorer in Purdue history. Highest career PER in NCAA history to name a few. The National and conference awards. One of three players in NCAA history…. So many stats to choose from, win shares, box plus-minus, etc… and he accomplished this despite not playing 20+ min/game until his junior year.

But I’ll always remember him being on the Purdue team that made it to #1 ranking for the first time, and Purdue’s run of being ranked in the top 5 consecutively.

I met and had an interaction with him November of his freshman year in the halls of Mackey. He had to duck his head to get through a door frame. Told him I’m surprised Purdue hasn’t swapped to bigger doors, he laughed. Told him he’s the best center in America (I didn’t believe it but wanted to show confidence) and he said thanks.
