That's the way to fix it Joe...sit on your arse while the country suffers.

Your premise is false .....thus why the poster asked you .... specifically which companies. As there aren't any in NPB's mind.

I would agree with NPB, post 2020, I hadn't noticed many companies on the NYSE that made bigtime bank above the general stock market returns....other than pharmacy & other companies associated with the various COVID scams......or other bloated Govt bills.
If it’s not price gouging, then what caused the inflation?

And what we want out of this complimentary piece is defense and shooting, and you had a guy already penned in as a starter who was very good at one of those and was hoped to progress on the other. So, again, either one of two things happened. Harris is insanely good, or CMP didn't see that progress.

Assuming Harris starts and this isn't all internet nonsense. And then you're not arguing with me, you're arguing with the coach who made the move.

So was TKR better than Gillis since he started, even though Gillis averaged more mins and closed out games?

This whole arguing about starters makes no sense to me.

It.
Does.
Not.
Matter.

It’s about who complements our main piece(s) the best.

Either he can and he starts, or he can't and that's why Harris would start. This isn't rocket science. 😂

Indinia is 6-0 and . . .

Instead of asking passive-aggressive questions, it would be better if you just plain said what you mean. It’s a Purdue board; if you have something negative/nasty to say about the IU Football team? Go for it!

So if you think the James Madison transfers really followed Cignetti to IU primarily because of an NIL payday, just say so.

No, it wasn’t because of a particular academic program. Not many IU players are in the Jacobs or Kelley schools, and not many Purdue players are studying mechanical engineering. And that’s fine.

They came because they were originally recruited to an FCS program, they believe in their coach, and they had a chance to play for him at a P4 program.
How do you know that is why they came?

That's rough, but also, most farmers I know are setup as an LLC with their family part of it. So, if they plan on "passing the farm down" it's just a matter of someone else taking over managing the day-to-day operations and the LLC remains.

Now I'm also not a business expert, so I am sure someone could explain that better than I did.

This is getting really close to putting a hurt on me though as there is just enough left of our old family farm that Warren's idea would have us potentially right on the edge of. None of us actively farm anymore and the land is to be sold off and split up.

Most of our farm was sold off in the 90s as my father lost a ton on hogs, like a lot of area farmers and was forced to sell off a lot of the land to cover debt. Also used the excuse that it was too much work for just him once I left for college, though I later learned the truth that he financially had to. At one point, I wanted to take over the farm but lost interest towards the end of high school, not because I thought it was hard work, never thought, more of that it was just to freaking boring for me. Spending days on end on a tractor working ground just wasn't something I was interested in anymore. I still will occasionally spend a day helping the people who rent the ground now (long time family friends) and that cures any romance I have on the thought because it is so boring. Even worse with the tractors now driving themselves.

Yes via estate management things can go better. So great point.

But when you estate plan under a certain set of known conditions, and the Govt then changes the terms of the deal then perhaps additional planning/lawyer expenses are needed.

Having to go to an LLC has its great advantages, one you pointed out is a great one, but it also has disadvantages. So those need weighed out per farm and family goals.

I took Purdue at +29.5 I am hoping for a win, not just a cover

Why did you do that man??
Well.... Like the first responder said, I bet with my heart. One TD by Purdue would have given me a win. One less FG by Miami would have given me a win. The indinia game, however, yikes. Up until this point, IU hasnt played anyone notable (and theyre not all over the news here in J-vile)

Indinia is 6-0 and . . .

62 isn’t that old and if he wants to win a championship he’ll have to leave to do it. He’s going to be a hot commodity this off-season. Brohm had only won 7 games his first season and already had UT calling.
A blue blood is NOT hiring a 62 yr old. There is a reason 62 gets you social security. BTW, he is 63 and would be 64 when STARTING a job somewhere else.

Exactly...several reasons, but one being just how advanced Harris is in his development and what he brings to the table on both ends. Like wait until you see Harris before you run Colvin down. Myles D had much improved late in the season last year and definitely wasn't a liability. Overall, I felt that he was better defensively than Fletch on several occasions.
It isn't a lack of improvement or lack of talent from the other options, just an indication of how talented GH is.
Ok, Harris is a one and done. You've sold me.

Indinia is 6-0 and . . .

Did he get a cut of each player's payment from Cuban?

Good gracious, man you are working on my nerves. Whatever companies providing stuff you are buying with elevated prices. Y’all are the ones complaining about the inflation, you tell me.
