It does not say "the vote will be counted." Instead, a Fox News talking head who was a (successful) federal prosecutor before he left government service over 20 years ago says he thinks the vote will be counted. So, another "Trust me, bro" moment.

What if I told you the people I quoted were getting paid-- to work with Trump--by the American taxpayers. Because if they were getting paid BY Trump they would have likely gotten stiffed. Would you like to see evidence of that?

The point is, Walters inherited as many future NFL players as most other new P5 coaches do. Good ones supplement that talent, and then come up with schemes to fit the players they have. It’s been done at Purdue, IU, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, etc etc … heck even Oregon State and Washington State are doing better than this group.
