Welp - after that initial possession - nothing from the Boilers except hoisting triples.
maybe Girlaway will do his Bob Cousy imitation and things will speed upGame tip @ 6:07 (Eastern time) - you can catch the beginning on FOX Sports app thanks to snail-pace Winthrop/Indiana game.
Where would we Purdue fans be without such unique, insightful commentary???In some past years, this would have been a good game. But Toledo is not good this year. It'll be a point guard battle between Smith and Sonny Wilson. Smith should pretty easily win it. But does Purdue cover the 20.5? That'll depend on guys like Colvin and Heide.
Not portal but didn't Painter do that with Catchings?I would like to see when a player enters the portal the door is shut and they can’t come back. This will end some of this nonsense.
Checking in from the Capital Beltway in northern Virginia.Let’s see what Paint has done since Auburn and A&M.
Checking in from Lynchburg
There is a lot of truth to your comment. What I think happened is that Walters was whip-sawed, snookered and out-flanked by the portal. He was totally unprepared and unaware that so many of his best players were leaving for top dollar. He ne
He needed a few more years as a dc then 4 as a hc at a smaller school. We literally hired him 10 years too early and a very limited resume.
Please correct me if I’m wrong, but I can’t think of a SINGLE player who developed/improved for Purdue while he was head coach ….Win win for all parties.
Trump isn't imposing the tariffs for more US jobs, revenue nor diplomatic reasons. He is b1tch-slapping, punch-mouthing and arse-kicking the Mexicans to stop the flow of illegals and to stop the drug trafficking. That is the only form of communication that these greaseballs understand.I never said that tariffs are good for all Americans, but it is good for specific industries. YOU said that tariffs didn’t bring back any jobs in the steel industry, which the tariffs did, and the article CLEARLY states that.
I never said that tariffs are good for all Americans, but it is good for specific industries. YOU said that tariffs didn’t bring back any jobs in the steel industry, which the tariffs did, and the article CLEARLY states that.I know all steel is not produced in NW Indiana but we still manufacture more steel than any other region in North America. Other than NW Indiana there are steel companies near Fort Wayne, Crawfordsville, New Carlisle, and near Evansville.
President Obama added thousands of jobs in the US way before Chump’s tariffs. He saved the auto industry which in turn saved the US steel industry.
If the tariff article that you posted was supposed to prove your point that tariffs are good, you failed miserably. The article clearly states the following.
I do remember that Chump's tariffs specifically hurt the US farm industry, particularly corn and soybeans.
- American firms and consumers paid the vast majority of the cost of Trump’s tariffs.
- While tariffs benefited some workers in import-competing industries, they hurt workers in sectors that rely on imported inputs and those in exporting industries facing retaliation from trade partners.
- Trump’s tariffs did not help the U.S. negotiate better trade agreements or significantly improve national security
want to see more PT for Cox and BurgessAnyone expecting starting line up changes? Was the starting 5 announced?
C’mon, now!! Arrested “only” 3 times in the last month and a mere 6 times in the last year!! And who really needs to show up for court anyway?Hey RDU be sure to tell the victims of this violent person that illegals commit crimes at a lower rate. That should make being violently assaulted better.

no pregame comments tonight. Gave my tickets away and will watch on the tube. Rain discouraged me a bit...Haven't heard anything - IF there were, maybe FURST? I think he was initially announced or going to start against maybe (was it Maryland?) but then the line-up was changed again before tip.
"More" is a key word. By the way, Purdue has always had players that could create their own shot if making them was not important. You need to have "some" that can create their own shot, but you can also have too many IMO. Creating your own shot by definition means individual play and so I think there is a balance in how many players and how often that should take place. If certain players are always creating, then some of their team is not involved in the offense and then the D starts to load up on those creating. If I could have one wish for the future - that we would change that aspect of building our team with more creators. I personally think Cox has that ability just needs opportunities and minutes.
