Will IU accept a NIT bid?

Our neighbors to the South seem to be imploding right now after losing 6 out their last 7 games. Have to say that I am loving it.

There seems to be a lot going on with Woodson questioning his players toughness in the media, which usually doesn't help with team morale, and some of his players seeming to not be playing hard right now.

Unless they were to win the BT Tournament, and that has to be high Las Vegas odds, I don't see how IU makes the NCAA Tournament this year, unless the NCAA Tournament Committee were to get some NIL money.

Will IU accept a NIT bid or sit this March Madness season out?

Will Sisley jump ship to the good guys when Woodson is fired?
No.

Because they won't be good enough to get an NIT bid.

I doubt that IU will "lower" themselves to play in anything but the NCAA, especially after being humiliated at home in the NIT a few years ago.

As for Sisley, Painter doesn't usually go after a player once the player decides Purdue isn't the best place for him. Thinking again, he did make exceptions with Haas and Swanigan.

Gorin flips to L'Ville ?

I really do not think there was any way he could have kept him at Purdue since we all knew it was a strong possibility he would leave sooner or later and he chose sooner!
We knew he was going to U of L that day that Purdue hired him. He owned a home in Louisville throughout his tenure at WKU and Purdue, and it was widely known that was his destination school. So Purdue paid him millions to get cozy with the HS coaches in the region and he's now using that against us. Anyone who thinks he was a good hire for Purdue is too naïve to know when you’re duped.

POS President Chump blames DEI for plane crash

Europeans largely stopped enslaving their own people due to a combination of factors including the rise of nation-states with more centralized power, the development of a relatively equal balance of power between European nations, the emergence of alternative labor systems like serfdom, and the growing influence of Christian values that viewed enslavement of fellow Christians as morally wrong, making it increasingly impractical to enslave people within their own societies.
First of all, Christian values says that enslaving ALL humans is morally wrong. But if the Europeans actually believed that it was wrong to enslave other Christians then you just proved my point. Plus the fact that white supremacy is in full swing, and enslaving mostly the Africans was a logical solution.

Cox and Harris

They've been fantastic. Could either of them step up and handle the ball when Braden needs to take a break?

They could, IMO.....a few times doing it when Smith is in the game, including last evening. Also gives Purdue a different look for the opponent with Smith off the ball.

And sometimes against pressure, but it is a gradual process.

DOGE has already cancelled over $1 BILLION in government DEI contracts.

I believe the issues are that there is little overview in the spending and what they can see in spending as I've shown before tax payers don't want, don't want with the same magnitude of spending and moving some perhaps to the states. The overall belief is that the "soft power" as used today in many circumstances is not effective in advancing the USA interest
Here's what Musk found at USAID:

"At the top of the list was a $1.5 million program slated to "advance diversity, equity and inclusion in Serbia's workplaces and business communities" and a $70,000 program for a "DEI musical" in Ireland.

"Initiatives that supported LGBTQI programs were also flagged as an inappropriate use of taxpayer funds, including $47,000 for a "transgender opera" in Colombia, $32,000 for a "transgender comic book" in Peru and $2 million for sex changes and "LGBT activism" in Guatemala."

Why didn’t the Europeans enslave European criminals? Much closer than Africa, don’t you think. Cheaper as they would not have to buy them. Then ship them over to the US.
