Could be, Barnhizer is a dope if that’s the case. Leaving if he gets it, bleeding purple if he doesn’tI think waiver was denied

Yeah the Tesla protestors are the same people that are at the other protests.......and they're all lazy and don't work and they're not normal. You feel better yet?The Tesla protests show these protesters sure aren't bright. So sure have been entertaining to watch.
There are a lot of things I don't like about Trump, and Biden both......but normal people have work to do, no time for BS, and laugh at these lazy idiots parades.
This is key I didn't see Meyer play much defense in the Nike Classic yesterday. He didn't move well without the ball and he missed every shot and threw the ball away several times. You can see the raw talent is there and it was an all star game so it's not a fair comparison but Harris and Cox both are completelt different players with in your face defense that doesn't stop. Meyer is not that guy.I think one thing we are all forgetting is defense. Harris and Cox will get minutes due to ability to pick ball up full court. Harris could also get assignment of other teams best guy.
Painter likes to play 3 gaurds. That is 5 guys for 120 mins. I think one of Cox or Harris need to be on court at all time for defensive reasons. Do not know how good Mayer is on D, but if he eats into anyone's minutes it might be Loyer?
I think Yaxel is gonna go to the draft. I assume Wolf too.Well, now this is something. Aday Mara to Michigan. Apparently they aren't having trouble convincing multiple bigs that they can coexist...

Yes he is a great shooter, plays below average defense and is slow. The weakest of our starting 5 but does give stability with his shootingLoyer has earned his starting role and continues to earn it. One of the top shooters in the country, draws a ton of charges, doesn't' foul a lot, plays decent defense and make the entire team better.
Benter and West ahead of Harris , you SERIOUS ? And Cox startsIf Omer Mayer is a done deal, this would implicate a few things:
1) we most likely lose Gicarri Harris. He was rumored to go anyways and with someone else ahead of him, he’s likely elsewhere
2) we have our secondary ball handler and sharp shooter, and most likely Smith’s replacement at PG for 2026-2027. If Harris could be convinced to stick. We would have a Mayer/Cox/Harris backcourt for 2026
3) this would be Matt Painters best assembled team at Purdue
1) Smith
2) Mayer
3) Loyer
4) TKR
5) Cluff / Jacobsen
Bench:
1) Cluff / Jacobsen
2) Cox
3) Burgess
4) Benter
5) West
6) Harris (unlikely to stay)
And I’m sure we add something else portal wise. Not sure how I would even approach the portal with this add.
4) we should be the undisputed pre season #1 and Big Ten favorite.
If he wants a true title shot he should play 30 until February. We could all see his legs were rubber and his middie was history.
If he and Paint want to push it up to 35 come March - by all means
A 6'6" Lance Jones. I hope he doesn't ruin the rest of his young career by going to OSU.Granted I haven't seen him play at all, but the 247 analysis makes him sound like Lance Jones 2.0.
I think waiver was deniedWhy would you even post this if you just wiffed on Barnhizer? Sounds like Barnhizer was never even entering the portal
Well, now this is something. Aday Mara to Michigan. Apparently they aren't having trouble convincing multiple bigs that they can coexist...Wolf should probably go to the league. Wonder if Yaxel and Morez can coexist. Wolf and Goldin worked so well because wolf was more a “point center”.
The ivisic brothers may cause some issues but they can’t guard a chair. So unless they figure it out this offseason they’re gonna get wrecked in the PnR 😂
BUT the B1G is gonna be super tough again.
Granted I haven't seen him play at all, but the 247 analysis makes him sound like Lance Jones 2.0.Haven't heard much about Kennard Davis Jr. recently, until this weekend. Apparently he's visiting Ohio State. Hopefully his visit was a complete, utter disaster.

Several reports say that he did in fact enter the portal. Some say he shut it down before the possibility. Either way, he's not now, and it's up to speculation as to whether or not a waiver denial was part of it.Why would you even post this if you just wiffed on Barnhizer? Sounds like Barnhizer was never even entering the portal
Yeah I know. Nobody cares. And you're right, the government run right wing media will not report it.
Keep telling yourself the 50% that didn't vote for trump and none of the ones who did are objecting to what's going on.
When they get big enough or close enough to trumps vanity, he will care.........and send in the troops.
You could be right, Painter likes his defense. Wondering how much the defense matters though if your top 3 options are all American type players and you had Loyer as a 4th option. All for whatever CMP wants, he certainly knows what he's doing. Be happy to have a new stud on the roster. Very happy. Videos look great, but that's all offense. But let's see if he can play B10 D before we anoint him a starter. Might be, but let's have patience and see?
Why would you even post this if you just wiffed on Barnhizer? Sounds like Barnhizer was never even entering the portalSame guy posted Brooks was coming soooo...
All illegals are criminals. They came into our nation illegally. That is a crime. And let's be crystal clear. Trump didn't differentiate between the criminals and the non criminal illegals when he was campaigning.
Yeah I know. Nobody cares. And you're right, the government run right wing media will not report it.Lol they could quadruple in size and only the left wacko media would notice or care, trouble is they have no relevant audience.
Trump certainly won't care. Most of the right I know sees the crazies in the video and laugh.
Meaningless idiot parades. An example is the Tesla protests......in which Musk only owns 12.8% of Tesla....the rest own by stock holders mostly on the left Yet the left idiot protestor think they were doing something big time to Musk. LOL
The protests do create jobs. All the damage to personal property has to be repaired or replaced.Lol they could quadruple in size and only the left wacko media would notice or care, trouble is they have no relevant audience.

Don’t really think he’d be featured for Auburn..ESPECIALLY if pettiford doesn’t stay in the draft. They also have two combo guards coming in as part of their Frosh class. My personal opinion is, if a player of his caliber is going to leave the EuroLeague and go to school in the USA, and is from Israel, that he’s not going to chose Purdue if he or Painter thinks he’ll be behind Harris on the depth chart next year. He could be a featured player at Auburn who is also interested.
I think the allure of coming here would be, playing with Smith for a year, being on the best team in the country, and then take over for Smith the next year. He could have his choice of most schools at this point. We have a unique selling point for his skill set right now.
Thank you. Awesome summary and comments on both matches. Glad to hear of good support for the Pro teams - nice that each team has some Purdue flavor with former Boilers on them.I'm guessing it may be my turn to provide a brief download on one of the spring season volleyball matches. This match was a against Vanderbilt yesterday afternoon at the new Fischer's Event Center and was scheduled just prior to the professional match between Indy Ignite and the Grand Rapids Rise. Actually, you had to have tickets for the Ignite and Rise match to see the P vs V match. What an incredibly beautiful venue for a sporting event which I understand is the host venue for not only the Ignite, but also the Indy arena football and hockey teams.
The Purdue starters for this match were OHs Wollard, Milller, Heaney and Moravec; MB Lulic; Setter T. Anderson; and Libero Kane. McAleer, A. Anderson and I believe D. Charles did not play due to some healing/health issues. I'm guessing there was a crowd of about 1000-1500, mostly Purdue fans in attendance for this game. In the first two sets, we fell behind by 5-6 points in both sets but then stormed back in both sets when V reached close to 20 points and we ended up wining the first two sets by 2 pts. The last two sets (they played one extra set) were not nearly as competitive and we won those sets by 5-7 points as I recall.
As many of you likely know, Wollard appears to be the featured OH this year, but there is no doubt in my mind that we will have a lot of options in this regard. During various stretches during the match Miller, Haeney and Moravic excelled and carried the team in the hitting. While our blocking appeared to be sub par during the early stages of the first two sets, it came on much stronger during the last portion of the first two sets as well as during last two sets. 6-5 Lulic had some great blocks and some nice kills as well during the match.
Of course, Anderson did a great job of setting and I thought Kane excelled at Libero as well.
All of the healthy players had some significant playing time. Shondell was the setter for most of the last two sets and did a nice job. Highly touted Freshman OH Tindell did not play in the first two sets but played almost all, if not all of the last two sets. I thought she played extremely well those sets and would be quite surprised is she doesn't end up starting or being a key part of the rotation.
It will be very interesting to see who will be the primary servers this year. I believe Kane, T. Anderson and McAlear (when healthy) will be an integral part of the serving rotation. However, in my opinion, we will have a lot of options in this regard. I thought Miller, Foster, Shondell and Tindall exhibited some very nice serving skills. I was particularly impressed with Foster's serve.
In regard to the Ignite vs. Rise match, the Rise ended up winning this exciting 5 set match. Lots of momentum changes in this match. I don't know if if was a sell out, but the arena look almost full and loud. The only former Boilers to get playing time was Grace Wade for the Ignite (who also served as Captain) and Jena Otec for the Rise. Colvin for the Rise must still be in the process of working her way into the rotation as a new comer.
Mayer is a stud guard in my opinion. Harris is good, but worth the risk of losing going all in with a potential difference maker to a title team
