Let me hep you out little brother, if you really want to know..

1. Drill. Drilling and producing oil or natural gas allows revenue to come into the US treasury from it's sale. By doing that, you take part of the profits and pay down the debt.
2. Tariffs. To even the playing field, tariffs do just that and bring revenue to the US treasury.
3. Lower the cost of fossil fuel in the US allows folks to keep more of what they make, and allows them to buy more feeding other industries in the US.
4. Lowering taxes on corporations that bring business BACK to the US allows and encourages more goods to be made in country, lowering costs for all.

There are plenty more things that can and will be done under DJT's second go around that will help you, me, and BNI. It's about supply and demand, chapter one in Econ 101.
Living in the steel capital of North America, NW Indiana I did like the idea of tariffs on imported steel mainly from China that Chump touted back in 2016. Our democratic congressman as well as the other congressman with steel companies in their districts around the US supported the tariffs. After the tariffs were implemented it turned out to be a horrible idea. The tariffs created a serious trade war with the Chinese. US farmers had to raise prices on US consumers on soybeans and corn. So increasing the tariffs again will jacked things up again.

Deportation Plans???

Of course he didn't. Point to all the times he clarified that when speaking about illegals. I know of one time, like 7 years ago. Otherwise every single time he just refers to them as rapists and murderers etc.
He does use the words murderers and rapists AND gang members, but he also states that if they are returned home, they have the right to apply the RIGHT way. We're a country of laws, always have been and when we become something else, our freedoms and rights disappear.

Trump will do exactly what needs to be done. Contrary to your yammering, and BNI's rhetoric about him being a boogie man, he's going to make this country much more secure and much safer.

Deportation Plans???

Of course you will.

It will come as a surprise to some Hispanics and other trump voters when it's not just murderers and rapists that get deported.
B, what part of the word "ILLEGAL" don't you understand. If you are here by breaking our laws to get here, you gotta' go back to the shit hole country you came from and apply. In case you're one of them, here's the steps:

To become a legal US citizen, you need to take the following steps123:
  1. Determine your eligibility.
  2. Apply for naturalization.
  3. Complete the biometrics screening.
  4. Complete the interview.
  5. Take the civics and English tests.
  6. Take the oath.
  7. BINGO...come get a job.

And despite these giveaways being talked about during the campaign and on this board, not one of you "republicans" here .......nor any of the MAGA stooges in congress........has explained how trump is going to make up the revenue that's going to be lost. I guess the party platform doesn't stand for fiscal responsibility anymore unless it's to hold up legislation you don't like. The interest on the debt will be ONE TRILLION DOLLARS next year. And before one of you deflects to the dems spending like a drunken sailors because that's all you know how to do, they are no better than you are. Neither party gives a damn because they're too busy giving people sh/t to get re-elected.

Giveaways?

Money earned is NOT the Govt money. We earned it. It is ours. Govt is NOT entitled to it.

The voter determines how much Govt gets by the people they elect. What they do get, is a privilege and they should use it wisely. 75 Million think Govt needs less.

Trumps election means the people have recognized the Govt gets too much of our money....and thus the policies above that you are calling "giveaways".

You don't understand the Trump electorate.

You do understand BIG Govt Marxist ideas, and act like the Govt is entitled to this money just because wasteful Dem spending 13 of the last 16 years have ran up the debt.

If you're going to jump in you need to stay on point gramps.

Tell me in 10 paragraphs or less how those aren't giveaways and buying votes. I'm sure Thomas has an opinion.

Reality comes to town Alabama

Slow pace? We're averaging 84 ppg. Against not garbage competition.

Friday will be a good litmus test. The thing is, if you think we haven't looked that good so far, neither has Alabama. They had to hold off not only McNeese last night, but also Arkansas State, who lost 17 games last year. I haven't watched more than a couple minutes of their games, but it's clear that they're still figuring things out too.

I'm putting the spread at Purdue -1.5 Friday. We shall see.
Arkansas State is a good team. Last year was Hodgson’s first year. They were picked to win the Sun Belt this year

Personnel

I don't care who plays, we just need to rebound and close off the lane better than we have been doing so far this year. Last night was bad. We let a guy who had taken 2 shots total in the first 2 games to look like Pascal Siakam.
Amen.

We were even with Yale on the boards. Let that sink in for a second......even with Yale. If we don't get MUCH better at rebounding we are going to get rolled by more physical teams.

For those who think this race was decided by “racist misogynists”

I was going to post the links to show that Biden inherited 1.4% inflation and gas prices preCovid, when the economy was humming, were at or below $2.00.
But I'm tired of competing with the liberal media and parrots that repeat the lies.
Omg. He inherited it pre Covid? Are you freakin looney? You mean we get to just ignore the economic effects of Covid?

Biden inherited the economic conditions on 1/20/21. Not a year before that. Talk about repeating lies jfc.

You know a lot more about setting odds then I do. I will be very surprised if Alabama isn't favored by a few points.

It is a bit of apples and oranges Bob. Those things you list above are moves to steal less money from people through taxation on people working. An auto loan interest deduction, although less appealing to me just goes along with other tax credits in play and to stimulate a sector. All are totally different than asking workers through taxation to pay for other's misappropriate choices and irresponsibility even though history has shown the stupidity to last longer than a few years.

Our somewhat slow paced offense will get a wake up call when the boys from Bama come to town , we are going to have to play some defense and speed up to keep up. Boiler up
it'll be a great test for our guys , but if we shoot well, rebound, and keep TO's to a minimum, they'll be alright. At the very least it'll serve as great experience that should help down the road. So let them come to town

Names to consider for our next football coach?

Naw, he ain’t going to the NFL. Realistically he is on the verge of building a mini dynasty at Colorado. Perhaps you are correct about not coming to West Laf but he would be my choice, particularly since I don’t see any of the blue blood coaches coming.
He’s going to FSU whenever that job opens.

Right, W Laf is just the kind of town he will be drawn to.

He is going to the NFL if anywhere right after the annual firings.
