I know last nights loss wasn't all on Painter but he had a hand in it. Throwing the ball inbounds is pretty easy when you have 7 footer! For crying out loud how can we see this over and over! Missing free throws isn't on the HC but he better take some responsibility in not getting the ball in.
Yes we improved but that should be a given. Purdue basketball is good but we should be great. Look at ND this year. What a job by Brey. Basically no center and they wiped the floor with us. Do people realize that ND now has 30 wins? Purdue's best in history is 29. I am tired of being the third or fourth team in the STATE!
Now Painter is here to stay but if someone comes available we better go strong after them. Painter has shown us how far he can take a team and it looks like the majority of fans are ok with that. I AM NOT. I live and breathe purdue basketball and we can be better than this. If people think we are getting Swanigan they are in a fantasy land. We couldn't land a top 10 guy if our lives depend on it.
This program needs some PASSION. I love Ray . What a fighter. AJ could have a monster next year and Dakota has a future also. Stephans would be playing with the girls practice squad if it was up to me. Need somebody to coach Issac ( did he regess as the season ended) and that coach doesn't sit on our bench. But in the end all this leads to a sweet 16 if that. I freaking hate March!

Is there an emoji of a guy kicking a dead horse? This has been hashed over all day...and the overwhelming consensus is we got our guy...I rarely ever see Painter "sit" on the bench..he's up all the time. Yes there are things that can be improved upon by many...but if you can't see the HUGE turnaround that the boilers made this year then i can't help you. Painter by all accounts had STRONG consideration for Big 10 COY and I think he should have got it.

You can't make guys make shots and not turn the ball over...you can't make AJ look up when he's cutting down the lane and gets hit in the head with a pass...and if you actually watched something other than the ball, you would have seen AJ flashing up to help out the guy taking the ball out of bounds...every time. You can't make a guy throw that pass...we had the right guys on the court at the end and they didn't make shots and they didn't defend like they should have. To put that on painter is incredibly short sighted. All those guys you mentioned will be back next year and guess what..Painter recruited them, and they will be DAMN GOOD next year.

Have a nice weekend..smile, its just a game. If you let it ruin your weekend, that's a you problem.

Thus guy is literally idiotic. Should we be mad about the loss? Absolutely, it ended ugly, but we were doomed Saturday regardless. CMP is the right guy, 7 tourney appearances out of 10 years.

Reading on here is going to get a lot easier in a couple of days when the trolls get back under their rocks. I've placed so many on ignore most of the threads now look like online stuttering!!!

I am also confused when trolls use pronouns. I don't think "we" are rooting for the same team.
