Lots of great games tomorrow with most of the ranked teams playing on the road:

Purdue (4) @ MSU
Kentucky (6) @ Arkansas (18)
Texas (20) @ WVU
Auburn (3) @ Tennessee (17)
UCLA (12) @ Oregon St.
Murray St
(19) @ SEMS
Duke (7) @ Syracuse
Texas Tech (9) @ TCU
Wisconsin (13) @ Rutgers
South Carolina @ Alabama (24)
Arizona (2) @ Colorado
Kansas (5) @ Baylor (10)
Creighton @ Providence (11)
Gonzaga (1) @ Saint Marys (23)
USC (16) @ Oregon

Rooting interests bolded.

Yes, some of those rooting interests are the ranked teams. Mostly because A) the other team is on the bubble (despite what others think, I think getting as many Big Ten teams into the dance is a good thing, so we want some of these bubble teams knocked out) and B) the ranked team wont play a factor in Purdue's seeding (ie, somehwere in the late teens or lower).

As long as Purdue keeps winning Duke is irrelevant. We need a couple losses from Auburn and Kentucky. Kansas/Baylor dropping a couple more would be good too

It won't end up this way, but, the current Lunardi bracket is the best possible for Purdue.
# 2 seed.

I think UCLA is probably inconsequential to Purdue's seeding after their loss to Oregon last night.

Not sure about Kansas vs. Baylor. Seems like one of those games where I feel different about the outcome a couple weeks later. A Baylor win could put both teams ahead of Purdue on SS.

I am of the somewhat unusual opinion that being a high 2 seed is probably the ideal landing spot for Purdue since we almost certainly won't get to one of the top 2 overall spots. I might rather have Kansas solidify #3 or #4 overall and have Baylor drop than have both in the top 6.
