I think this might explain where Matt is coming from since there may be some that don't understand why Matt does what he does. I never really thought about how he got the baby boilers so much but around 50 minutes he talks about it. It says it is for coaches, but I think it just give a look into Matt.

That was really good. Always enjoy listening to Coach. Loved towards the end when talked about fans getting on him for not playing zone. Lol

It is truly amazing how he quickly turned around the program after the 2 year recruiting debacle. Nice to see the momentum we have picked up here lately.

Hopefully he can maintain what he is doing. Very underrated coach.
