This only shows we relied on ZE to make everyone good.
Smith is a good player, not great. CMP is giving our starters to much slack. Their +/- is just flat out horrible against tough teams. We are not going to move the needle with this lineup and unfortunately, that's on CMP.
I hope for some growth this year with our youth vs. expecting our guards to be tougher, quicker and/or lead this team to a FF.

Things we won't have to worry about:
1. Smith leaving early to the NBA
2. TKR leaving early
3. Team getting a big head from being ranked
Having said that, this team, I think there's something going on. I don't have any predictions but feels like one or two players will transfer end of season. It feels like someone is going to be frustrated by end of year.

We will have room for at least 2 as scholarships go from 13->15. West replaces Furst and i wouldn’t be surprised if at least 1 of Waddell and Berg transfer out.
Cox has potential of being very good going forward. The only player with whom I am impressed.

Smith is not a 1st round pick. He is a 4 year player
as always, he needs more playing esp after watching Smith throw 2 bad passes in a row
A bunch? Besides Berg and Waddell…who else would you say?
Burgess has potential, and Harris will eventually find his groove IMO - maybe not this year. I understand people hate hearing it, but you have to be a little patient with some of this. Yeah - Painter has his work cut out for him, but the guy can still coach.

Harris, Heide Colvin. They can’t play versus top 20 teams. Can’t defend or score besides that they are ok.
Nice guys don’t win at this level. I want kids that were getting in fights on tough outdoor courts and if you weren’t tough, you only got to watch.
Maybe when he's gassed, he can "accidentally" take out Collins on the sideline.....

Considering Chloe is transferring you might be right on Waddell.
Tex: I give CMP a pass this year. He obviously thought the 2 frosh and 2 soph were ready to play at this level. However, if he doesn't go portal for help next year, that will be a different story.

We only lost by 18 just like Indinia only lost by 10 last night. Fake.
If it helps. Auburn has a lot more NIL money. Plus they committed to be good basketball a few years ago.
