Didn't expect a win today, but I thought the Boilers would compete better than they have shown so far. Let's see if they can do anything early 2nd half to try and get back in this. Pretty disappointing effort right now.

Auburn is good - definitely Final Four contender right now. SEC is loaded at the top, IMO.

I don't think there are any answers this year for teams that play stifling defense. We don't have the ability to make teams pay.

Tough half against a very good team, but what was most frustrating to watch was the free throws.

Edey made up for a lot of deficiencies.

Remember when Purdue used to just play better defense? Doesn't seem like there's a fallback to they anymore.

We haven't been great at defense for a long time. Edey erased a lot of mistakes. We go more for skill than athleticism. That's great for running sets and if you have a great physical inside player. It's championship game great obviously.

It's harder when you don't have that

How can we never get Colvin or Heide going to the rim? Every other team manages it. We have the 2 best leapers on the court and we dont get them anything downhill. Reduced to jumpshooting. Mind boggling. Of course they rape us on the perimeter, we never punish it!
