OT: treasure hunter Fisher

was watching one of my fave shows last night Oak Island and beyond. The one show featured a family from Indiana the Fisher's. Was he the treasure hunter that went to Purdue? He found a ship the Atocha (1980;s?) and it's loaded w/ gold and emeralds. They got the exclusive rights to it's contents located W of Key West. Wonder how generous they are to Purdue if so.
