Nebraska

At some point though having storied history gets completely forgotten. Current recruits were born in like 2006. Even their parents probably aren’t old enough to remember IU basketball being good, and Nebraska football will be there soon. Nobody talks about Minnesota or Illinois national titles in football anymore. The advantage of IU basketball over Nebraska football is that IU is in an area good for recruiting, while Nebraska has no talent pool close by
Kids will still visit and realize it isn't Purdoo....not in the same league. Stadium, fans, trophies, facilities, NIL etc.

When you say not Purdue you mean not 2 hours from chicago/1 hour from Indy.

“Hey mom wanna see me play… okay cool it’s only a 7 hour drive” lol

LMAO. What kids wanna go to school in Lincoln, NE. There's nothing but corn for 3 or 4 hours around it.

Purdue is 2 hours away from Chicago. About an hour from Indy.

Yeah, keep thinking Nebraska is relevant...

Not arguing anything you said. If Nebraska whiffs on its coach again, I agree that they could slide further into losing ways.
I think Frost could have won like 45 games in a row and still had a worse win pct than pelini did when they fired him. Crazy. Makes you wonder if they can ever make a good hire with those expectations and if Wisconsin could have a similar situation

Wisconsin wants to see what Leonhard can do. If he is reasonably successful in these last 6 games they are likely to make him permanent HC going forward. They will give him every chance to win the job.

Nebraska seems like a place where Mickey Joseph could go 8-0 and their insane fanbase would still clamor for someone else. He is a Tom Osborne guy though……

Vegas knows about the following things:

- Nebraska's top CB, Quinton Newsome will be out with a Groin Injury.
- Nebraska's top LB, Luke Reimer, is likely out the next few weeks.
- Nebraska Offensive Coordinator, Mark Whipple, has been dealing with health scares the last few weeks, and may be forced to literally retire. He's missed a number of days the last few weeks.

Add that to a team with an already bad defense and a terrible offensive line.

The Spread makes more sense than some might think, especially with Graham coming back for Purdue.

The only way Nebraska covers the spread is if Purdue continues to extend opposing drives with dumb penalties and commits a handful of turnovers.

Some updates:

Newsome and Reimer are both going to play. Someone is packing a defibrillator and Whipple will be coaching now.

Good ol' Rutgers is 2-0 vs Purdue (all-time)....

Goofball O'Connell is going to have his ass in the dirt a few times to get homeboy rattled. Your best WR is an Iowa reject - I am not scared of Purdue at all. Can't run the ball or get sacks on defense. Your home night game means nothing when it looks like a good local high school stadium.

GBR
Too bad we rolled into that desolate place the Huskers call home and whipped that ass last year! Lol.

28-23 is an ass whooping? Our QB had 4 INTs...won't happen tomorrow.
Thompson doesn’t make as many mistakes as Martinez but he’s not as dynamic making plays either.

Austin reed passed for 59 more yards on Indiana than Thompson did. But you’re a ****in idiot so you don’t know stuff like that lol

Let’s put this in perspective …

Maryland is 111th in passing yards allowed.

JJ McCarthy only passed for 220 on Maryland. McCarthy then turns around and passes for 304 on Indiana … And all Thompson could get was 270??

Why you talking about yards clown? I said our QB won't turn it over 4x

This video could just be called “things that two teams who are a combined 10-1 did against Purdue, hey let’s try it”

@BigTimeAt69 can you make a video of alabama doing good things and just keep saying we should do that against Wisconsin?

“yeah so Miami used to do shit in 2001, why can’t we?”

morons

“Janoris Jenkins and joe Haden are the corners .. the safeties .. will hill and Ahmad black”.. just cut to a Purdue fan like “hey everything Florida did Purdue should just do the same thing .. why not??”

This is what they do to Iowa … Nebraska is more rural than Lafayette and doesn’t have bigger cities near by … but If they don’t like you, you’re in the klan lol … it’s really bizarre.
The majority of Nebraska fans live in Lincoln (metro of 340k) and Omaha (970k) so not that rural.
