Reading Hazell and Hudson quotes in the Star have gotten me thinking and a bit excited about our defense. OK, there are always issues but I think we have the ability to grow and fill the safety positions in need. Depth is needed everywhere, but it seems like we have rostered players who can get the job done. Strong at LB, stronger up the middle than last year. Getting more aggressive overall, and just more mature overall, we should be improved. Any kind of ball control offense helps to keep the defense off the field. Its the first day of Spring Practice. Exciting time for each player to develop and fight for playing time. What a great time of year!
