Names to consider for our next football coach?

Probably not the best idea to judge by one game. The body of work is what's most important.
Yeah, all of these guys got to their conference championship game. Western Kentucky just beat Jacksonville State last week. Tulane was everyone's darling until they lost to Memphis.

So of the rumored coaches this weekend…

WKU. Blown out
Tulane. Blown out
Miami Oh. Blown out

So not so sure of any of these guys - that said, seems like Tiller lost his last game at Wyoming.

Liking the OU guy (Albin) after today. They look strong.
I was just going to comment that the MAC championship has had a strange vibe considering how intense the Ohio/Miami rivalry is. And now I see ASU is pummeling Iowa State in the BXII.

Makes me wonder: do any of these teams know something about their coach leaving? It could cut both ways. Perhaps Ohio wants to send Albin out on top? Did Army have the same thought about Monken last night? Maybe Miami and/or Iowa State are deflated knowing they're about to lose their coach?

I know, I know. That's reading A LOT into these tea leaves.

Generally “yes” but maybe not in this case. Our program is on life support right now. The one thing that you cannot do if you want to keep Joe Average booster is introduce someone with “He got destroyed in his lower-level Conference Championship but don’t worry about that”. Might as well be happy with 14th place or lower for the next decade-or-two if that’s happens…

Back-to-back-to-back 10-win seasons. 30-10 over the past 3 years. Smashed their rival for the program's first conference championship in half a century.

He's got chops.
