A tough loss for the players and another example of not very smart coaching!

If you need to prevent a touchdown throw, it would seem to make sense to have 4 or 5 defensive backs lined up at least 10 yards from the goal line, to prevent an offensive player to get behind you for a pass, but Purdue did neither.

Brohm too focused on the offense. The defensive calls at the end of games are as bad or worse the the offense play calling. You can't be stupid on both sides of the ball.
