How do you think Villanova fans feel?

Last year #2 Seed. This year #1 Seed losing in second round 2 years in a row. I saw that Villanova team beat Butler in Hinkle. I had Villanova a 32-2 team going to Final 4. I guess their fans will be clamoring for coach to be fired. LOL

I watched most of their games in the BET and had them going very far as well. Very surprising with their showing tonight and disappointing for my bracket.

In hindsight, their best wins were really not that spectacular, especially for a #1 seed:

#14 VCU
#19 Michigan
#24 St. Johns
#24 Georgetown
#18 Butler
#25 Providence

All of the rankings were what the team was ranked when Villanova beat them. Of those, Butler was #23 and G'town was #24 at the end of the year, and both with 10 losses.

Big East is usually easy money in the bracket pool. I do admit it was a bit of a gamble picking NC State over nova but I got it. xavier bit me and I picked Butler to lose to Texas. Big east is a mid major conference now. I still don't understand how xavier got a 6 seed with a worse record than we had and they play in a lower conference.

I thought they, along with Gonzaga, should have been as low as two seeds. And I had them losing last night's game, and I have Gonzaga losing next weekend to UCLA.

So far the ol' bracket is looking pretty good....Save the "upsets" on day one and day two.

don't get the X seeding neither but always like their teams they have and really like their coach. As far as Nova, I live an hour N. of Philly, I didn't have them going far, they have trouble w/ big teams, BIGEast was pretty crappy this year and guard oriented. If their shots are off, they lose. Jay Wright ( Mr. GQ) had a couple of average seasons in a row awhile back and they were rumbling for his head at the time.
