Game thread

hoollywood hazzelll needs to quit all the tv coverage of his speeches pre game and lean how to coach

Looks to me like he is auditioning for his announcing gig on ESPNU while he continues to collect his buyout check from Purdue.

Seriously, they should make Clark use the women's locker room until he earns his way back to the men's.

Etling goes downhill after shoop coaching lAppleby goes sour under shoop coaching and now Blough looks just like the first two

Leroy Clark should lose his scholarship for that play. Got bitch-slapped out of the way and then got back up to ride the guy into the endzone 4o yards down the field.

Otherwise, about what I expected out of the locker room. Great 2nd half start.

Then the Minnesota RB seeks him out on the next play and knocks him to the ground. The defense looks like they have given up.

Our S&C program must have shut down. This game looks like boys against girls. Weaker at every position.

I think Burke thought by hiring a black coach he would draw in top notch black athletes but it didn't work since there's no coaching

24 UNANSWERED POINTS! Can't wait for Haz's next press conference, maybe he will talk about our continuing "improvements." I'm sure plenty of free Grape Cool-Ade will be available for all in attendance.

I think a relevant question at this point is if we only win 1 game this year, would we fire the staff. I honestly don't know at this point.

No, somewhere I think there is a memo to Burke about how we aren't "diverse" enough and he should do something about it and Haz was the answer.

Um, that number can be more than 1 and the answer should be yes. If we happen to beat Illinois, IU or some other random fluke game, who cares? Unless there is consistent improvement shown, 3 years is enough. Right now, we are 2.5 years in and 0 improvement. They're running out of time to give us literally ONE reason they should stay.

Minny was supposed to be one of our best shots at another W and the game is now a dumper fire! Honestly I thought this guy was all talk and no walk no too far into his first year. I honestly thought he was a Fred Akers love child. Cut bait, don't wait till much after Jan 1st. Start looking for the new coach now. I'm willing to bet they will be giving away tickets to the bucket game as no one will want to see 1-10 Boilers heading to another bucket loss. 3 in a row for IU Holy Buckets!

The question isn't should we, rather would we. Major distinction.

The answer should be the same. Literally, what on earth can you point to as a reason to return? What improvement have you seen in 2.5 years? Even if we win a game like Wisconsin or Nebraska, who the hell cares? We've already had a number of bad losses this year that one fluke win doesn't change anything. And quite frankly, neither of those teams are that good this year and not ranked.

You'd have to win at least 4 of the remaining games to really see any sort of concrete, consistent improvement.

It's not my (or your) decision. My question is would this administration fire Hazell if we only won 1 game this year. What you and I think is irrelevant.

Well we did get a "moral victory" against MSU.
