I disagree with the whole direction of attack to punctuation and spelling but nonetheless there is/was a message.

Our freshman PG makes a great play that I thought was worthy of notice. It was athletic and required high levels of coordination and confidence to pull off. I start this thread to see if others saw what I saw. Nojel made one of the coolest plays I've seen this season!

To be fair, this thread was derailed by the player's mother. I noticed you "forgot" to include that in your summary.
Precisely...we all saw it for what it was. A Purdue fan was wow'ed by the play and wanted to discuss. The player's mother came and shit on his post, I pointed it out and then a handful of white knights jumped in when she got salty.

I'd certainly hope so at least. Put it on the ignore list, move on. I come here to discuss Purdue sports and as such, there will always be some positive and some negative and I'm not about blow smoke up any ones skirt. Ridiculous to expect people too.

I want to apologize to you for taking your comment the wrong way when all you did was gave a compliment on a play my son made in the game and i use ur post to make a point about threads about my son FT shooting. Hope u accept my apology.

No way...it's at 4000+ pageviews. If G&B is monetizing properly that's a minimum of $40 in ad revenue for this thread. Our football site is currently earning at $10 per thousand pageviews...I'd be interested in knowing what a Rivals site generates.

Yeah, that just shows that he is new around these parts. I've been banned from the IU message boards for 15 years. When the old site went away and they put the new one up and everyone was unbanned, I made sure they banned me again within about 10 minutes.
I was cheering IU's loss last week and my 16 year old daughter asked me why I hate IU so much. I said because they're chicken f*ckers. She asked "yeah, but why"? I said "BECAUSE THEY F*CK CHICKENS"!
A lot of that stuff is still on BoilerSports.com. I keep registering the domain just so I don't lose the cartoons.

I used to like IU unless they were playing PU ... why not, in-state and all. Well, then the ****ing asshole dentists and doctors and attorneys in Lafayette had kids on my kid's teams .... the most obnoxious, narcissistic, adversarial assholes I've ever spent summers with ... so NO ****ING MORE
What's happened to L. Jeff over the decades? They used to be a basketball powerhouse many years ago and haven't been so for a very long time.
Some will say they used to recruit. They might have.
But I think the bigger deal is that they were considerably larger than the county schools and now no longer are.
well, kirby risk stopped hiring the dad's of some of the state's good players, CC has acquired many of the better athletes in the area, Lafayette does not have a large minority demographic .... and the better athletes in the rural areas stopped moving into town before their freshman year.
Jeff definitely recruited. A couple of brothers (6'4" & 6'5") at WL moved across town when their father got a job with the Lafayette schools.
I think class basketball was also part of their demise.

not that incident, but Kevin Sim's sister lived in the same house as he did and graduated from Montmorenci, Jewell's dad got a job at Kirby Risk (from TH), Knoy would have gone to Frontier, there are MANY more ....
No, I went to HHS and only knew as much about Lafayette Jeff as what I heard through the grapevine.
