With all the new teams in the B10, I see IU about 4th or 5th in the Conference and about 19th in the final rankings.

Maybe fourth or fifth in the country in the worst case scenario.

Yeh, it seems pretty clear from the hoosier visits to this board that they are the team to beat and almost certainly in the final 4.
Another off season National Championship seems in the cards for those lucky loosiers.
